Cookology is a family run White Goods and Kitchen Appliances Online retailer where you are sure to find a bargain! We are the home of Cookology and deliver nationwide. We only advertise what we have in stock and that means you get your orders fast. For our standard sized items such as Cooker Hoods, Hobs, Microwaves and Mini Fridge Freezers, we offer a Free next working day tracked delivery service and for our larger items such as Ovens, Range Cookers, Washing Machines and Dishwashers we use a White Goods Delivery company who contacts you to make suitable delivery arrangements. Cookology is based in Haverhill, Suffolk having outgrown our premises in Bishop's Stortford on the Hertfordshire, Essex border, near London Stansted. We are an intimate company with friendly and helpful staff standing by to take phone orders, answer your emails quickly and give you advice on buying appliances for your kitchen. We never pressure customers into buying and the only people we share your details with are the courier companies and review companies we use.

I purchased a teliscopic cooker hood…

I purchased a teliscopic cooker hood from you wanted it to recirculate. Looked up the model number and purchased the filters but they did not fit.emailed cookology twice to ascertain the right filters and they couldn't even answer the emails so I shall not be buying from you again I now have a cooker hood i cannot use.

Dishwasher broken immediately after warranty ended.

Dishwasher was fantastic until almost exactly one year. Now it shows E4 leak warning almost every cycle and I have to tip water out of the base to make it restart.

Customer service say as it's more than 1 year since I bought it (14 months) it isn't their problem. No support of any kind offered, not even an apology for supplying a something with such poor build quality it fails immediately after the warranty period. They have not said this is unusual either so I can only assume this is a common problem. Don't buy unless you're happy to replace every 14 months. Insane when the cost was as much as a full size dishwasher.

The cooker good is great

The cooker hood is great, only installed it yesterday, but seems fine so far. Only criticism is the poor quality of instructions which at times didn’t make sense. I have fitted these before so no issue for me.
