Great product, exactly as advertised, very good price, prompt friendly delivery, very pleased with everything

Everything was perfect, easy to order (and very reasonable cost and no delivery charge). Arrived really quickly, was set up and switched on, and surprisingly there’s room for more frozen food than I’d thought, so shall buy more!! Just wish it had been self defrosting, but overall I’m delighted!

After receiving a really quick delivery of our order, upon opening the box, sadly, our Microwave was found to be damaged. Cookology were very easy to contact and quickly collected the damaged item at their cost along with an apology and a full no quibble refund.
Their overall attitude in resolving the complaint was exceptional. Very impressive.

There must have been a misunderstanding regarding this delivery as no one was available to sign for the order, even though there had been a scheduled delivery date.

Please may you call the courier, Furdeco directly on as soon as possible to arrange a new delivery date. Failure to re-book a suitable date within the next few working days may result in your order being returned to our warehouse.

I was in for this delivery... In fact, I offered to help the two delivery men take it from the van!!! I have the whole thing captured on three cc tv cameras... The delivery men pointed at the 95 kg weight signage on the fridge box and said they couldn't deliver it... Whilst on the phone the whole time to their company. I especially asked if you could deliver and you ensured me you could. My advice to those I know will be to, completely avoid your company. I am preparing my review soon. 

Sent me a damaged microwave, then replaced it with another damaged microwave

I made an error and placed an order for an item that was still in my basket from a previous occasion but was mo longer required. I contacted Cookology to explain and, despite the fact that the item had already been despatched, they managed to recall it and immediately refunded my card. Sometimes things go wrong and it is how this is managed that shows a company’s true character. Thank you Cookology for your excellent customer service.
