Totally ignored by their customer service.
I bought a Smeg Coffee Machine from this website roughly 18 months ago and am still with my warranty period. I’ve been trying to reach them for weeks now and I’ve not received anything bar an automated response to my first mail. Avoid at all costs!
I bought a meat grinder from this company that was advertised as functional and made of Aluminium.
When I got the meat grinder I was appealed by the build quality, parts not fitting together properly and a massive gap in the back through which the meat was leaking though during use. The item was unusable.
It rusted after first use, which should not happen with aluminium, and voila! When I put the magnet to it, it stuck. So it was falsely advertised to be aluminium.
So we know that the product is bad quality, as it's not usable and we now know that the advertising is false too. I look at the website and get relief when I find out that the return policy is 30 days.
Let's see what the returns agent replied to me with.

First, thank you, for your message and the pictures. We have looked at the item internally and tested it. It is indeed true that the item is magnetic. You are right about this.
Unfortunately, we are told by the manufacturer that we are not allowed to deviate from the information we receive for the website.
For this reason, together with the fact that you waited longer than 24 hours to contact us, we can unfortunately not process your request.

The Agent just ignored all the points and complaints I made and focused one one thing that was not even the issue, I couldn't care if your magic aluminium is magnetic. I don't want it to rust and I wanted it to work, I didn't want magic rusting aluminium meat grinder that spills on my shoes when I use it.
Avoid this company and never do business with them!!! Next thing you know they will use the manufacturer as the excuse fore selling porcelain plates made of concrete.

Be very careful - they don't answer your emails (complaints), nor the main phone.
They have provided a WhatsApp phone number, that is not attached to the company, which make it impossible to get in contact with the company.
They have drawn the amount from my account without delivery of the ordered goods.
I wanted to return unwanted items, which cost about £21, as they were not what I expected. However, the returns policy, which was not explained to me, was that I had to pay for the return shipping. The cost of this was via UPS £25.27 to FedEx charge of £61.85. I am left with four unwanted beer glasses. NOT HAPPY.
I ordered something that was not deliverable. Ever since, I’m trying to get my money back. These people are swindlers. Don’t let them fool you. They have no intention to run an honest business. They are a disgrace.

I have received a response and they have advised a replacement item is being sent.

Ordered 14 items at a lower cost than a company from the UK and 13 of them arrived swiftly and perfect.
1, unfortunately is damaged. I have contacted them to advise of this and have not been contacted back. They ask you to complete a "returns" form online for damaged items with a promise to respond in 24hrs.
I see little point in returning a damaged item that is beyond use or repair
This has meant the items now work out less cost effective than they should have.
I suggest you pay the extra from a reputable company that have customer service. Buyer beware
Do not buy from them. They’re a fraud. They sent me a faulty product and then a faulty return label. I am currently trying to figure out how to sue them, I’ve been I touch with Alessi, the supplier of my product and my credit card company. You will not get a refund, which you’re entitled to by law.
Received order. One glass was broken. No response from the company to replace or refund. I hadn’t read these reviews and definitely wouldn’t have ordered if I had. Thankfully the other items arrived okay.

No way to contact cooking life.
Their phone message says that customers services will be available again from March 27th (today 26th April)
No response to email or Whatsapp.
Summary ...
Cooking Life stole our money & have got away with it.
Now I'm wasting my own time trying to get my money back but I think I will be unsuccessful.
Possibly the worst customer service experience I've had in 50 years.
I would suggest that people make a very careful decision before doing business with this company.
Although the ordering process was easy, the delivery was very long and when chased, I received no reply. Order did eventually arrive but one of the plates arrived with a chip in it. I have tried to contact Cookinglife by email, whatsapp and phone but with no response. Perhaps they are going out of business and just selling old stock - who knows!

My experience echos those of others from the UK. I ordered Villeroy and B cups and received an email stating that they did not have it in stock. When I asked for a refund I got no reply to email, phone or whattsap messages. Their answerphone says they are not taking phone calls but their service will be up and running again on 27th March It's now 25th April! They obviously are not professional and you take a huge risk when ordering from them.
I was very scary to order from this site, when I saw bad reviews on trustpilot, but.....I can say I have very good experience with cookinglife.eu, I received my plate broken from VILLEROY and Boch, that was cheaper even then on original site, I send to customer service photos, they reply in 2 days with option or replace or refund, I choose second,they made me refund in 10 working days, very professional team.Order number 7652951.
Do NOT use them. I am in the UK and tried to return an item. They do not answer emails, the Wattsapp is being ignored and they dont take calls. My items is stuck in customs as they need an EORI number and they are un-contactable.

A very bad experience
Wanted to return one item out of my order, but it has been impossible. The return shipping form I got from CookingLife (they charged €13 for it without notice) doesn't work at the DHL pickup points here in Ireland - I've tried two and called DHL to no avail. The Cooking Life Customer Service phone number has a message on it that hasn't changed saying that they are 'not reachable by phone'. As with others who have written reviews, I am unable to elicit a response via WhatsApp. Have to assume this company is on its last legs and is just trying to eek every last penny out of unsuspecting customer that they can. Expensive Villeroy & Boch plates ordered from cookinglife arrived broken. They have not replied to three WhatsApp messages and three emails asking for a replacement. I am now hoping to get a refund.
I ordered something over a month ago; the day after they replied saying they were out of stock, so I cancelled the item and bought a replacement somewhere else. Since then, I have sent over 15 emails, called their customer service numerous times, then 2 weeks later I received an email saying that the parcel was sent. Then I rejected the parcel when it came to my door, and after that, I am still waiting 2+ weeks later. The worst online purchase ever. I want my money back. Please avoid this seller
We received this coffee machine and the milk spout cleaning brush was damaged, tried emailing over and over again and receive no response whatsoever.
