Since June they can't send me the full package I ordered initially, so they sent several packages after 1 month of waiting. The last package was badly packed, and almost all the plates of Royal Doulton were broken. The package was returned to them, and 4 weeks passed, and I still haven’t received ANY reply from their Support team and haven't been refunded back.

I ordered le crueset blue dish 5.3 litre and received 4 lite ....emailed them twice..nothing ..am so sorry I didn't read reviews first 🤣🤣🙈

My first and second experience were good. I got my packages. However, my third experience was horrible! I haven’t recieved 12pcs chafing dish fuel yet since i ordered those last june and it’s already august now. I tried to contact them so many times but never got any answer. I think it’s a scam! Been reading plenty reviews and most of them were horrible. Please be aware so no one would experience like we did.

Items were missing from my order. They do not answer emails. The WhatsApp goes ignored. They have a Trusted Shops guarantee on their webpage but is not listed as one of their shops. They seem to do just enough business to stay online but I’m not the only one who can’t get money back.

When my goods arrived they were not what I wanted - Villeroy+Boch glass cups without handles, I wanted them with handles. So I very carefully followed the Returns Procedure, including repacking in the [very carefully opened] original box and returned them. This cost £15.20 in postage. Weeks went by and I heard nothing until the package was returned by Royal Mail. It seems CookingLife either refused to pay any tariff due on the "imported" goods - or they simply couldn't be bothered to collect them. So the handle-less cups are being reluctantly used and I shan't be buying from CookingLife again

I really mean zero stars! This company owes me money due to a damaged delivery and it is impossible to get through the mask of emails and excuses that it throws up to block you! Do not use them if you feel there might be a problem with an order as they don’t do problem solving!

Was given 3 different order numbers on purchase. Never received a tracking number for my order and needless to say, never received what I ordered. Customer service was non-existent. Replied once a month later and then never again. Do not shop here

Omdat ik een klacht had heb ik geprobeerd contact te krijgen, maar zowel op de whatsapp, als de mail wordt niet gereageerd. Telefonisch zijn ze niet bereikbaar. Echt heeeeeel slechte service!

I paid for 5 knives to be delivered to my home in April and when the package arrived, 4 of the knives were as ordered and the 5th was smaller than the rest. I tried to contact the company on WhatsApp and by email on numerous occasions and have had no response whatsoever. This was the first and last time I will ever buy from this company.

I am missing a glass that was not included in the package even though I have paid and it is on the order note, and another glass that was included was broken on delivery?? trying to contact customer service but haven't heard anything yet

I have used cooking life a number of times over the past few years and find the quality of the glassware and kitchenware to be very good. However, my last order was only partly delivered (3 boxes of glassware were missing from the order of 9 items) and despite repeated attempts to get the matter resolved cooking life ignored my complaints and / or said there was nothing they could do. For this reason I will not shop here again even though I am happy with the products I have purchased, especially the glassware.

Terrible! 15 working days and still not received my order. Customer service inexistent. No reply to my questions.
Do not recommend. Scam company.

Unfortunately I came across this review page AFTER I ordered from them. They are definitely a SCAM. Do NOT order from them. As soon as I received the first email from them telling me my order could not be completed, it sent alarm bells ringing. Have not been able to reach them since. They are fraudsters cheating people. Why doesn’t anyone ban their page?!!!

After sales support almost non-existent. Been in process of returning a broken coffee machine for months. No answer on WhatsApp or phone. Eventually gave an incorrect return label by email then silence again. Finally got a correct label after complaining to the manufacturer. Sent it back to Cooking Life, package delivered and silence again... Don't trust them.

I ordered 20 porcelain latte cups for my business. There was very minimal packaging and no fragile label on the box. 19/20 were smashed to bits when I got them. It’s now been 1 month of communicating with customer service team and they are denying that the images of the smashed cups show any “real damage”. It’s incredible really, I will never purchase anything from this company again. I’m really annoyed and disappointed, I feel like I’ve been totally ripped off and wish I had read the reviews before ordering because most are similar to me.

So I seem to be getting a ‘runaround’ from them. First stating not all items in stock and will wait to send order unless I respond to their email stating otherwise. I replied stating send items in stock - email not deliverable. Cut and pasted and sent via other means. Reply saying they cannot deal with requests as backlog and other reasons - I am beginning to feel lime I gave just been scammed.

Couldn't be faulted. I ordered two hard to find items at a very good price with cheap fast tracked shipping. They arrived a week after ordering well wrapped in perfect condition and with a free gift. My experience seems in contrast to reviews here but I'm glad to report a flawless experience.

When purchased the item did not say out of stock, they took the money however. several attempts to contact Customer Services that either don't exist or just don't bother to respond. Can anybody hold this company to account?
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Really messed about with time scales and delivery..still haven't recd purchase..beginning to think it's all a scam site.

If you have an issue cooking life will ignore you. I received a damaged product and they did not answer any of my emails about it or replace it. Extremely poor customer service
