Scam.. they took my money and I got nothing. Stay away from this company, scam

Do not order anything from this company! they are simply after your money even though they say they are backed by trusted shops guarantee they are still just a scam internet shop….take your money throw it down the drain you’ve got better chance of getting it back!

I found these reviews and was reluctant to use the website, but I found this to be extremely unfair. I've ordered twice from them and all products arrived in perfect condition to Portugal. The delivery was fast and the products are amazing. Fantastic products for a great price. Will order again!

Ordered some plates, they never came. Asked for a refund...6 weeks late after emailing and chasing them finally got my money back. Will never buy from again

Have one of the worst experiences ever!! I essentially donated money to Cookinglife as I ordered 17 items of which they only shipped 4 and after the first inquiry e-mail of what has gone wrong I explained I would like to know when to expect the rest of my order — they never replied again to any of my e-mails! I have sent numerous follow up e-mails during the past 2 months to ask how can I receive a refund for the 13 products I never received OR receive the products I had ordered and PAID FOR IN FULL, and they are simply playing dead. Horrible customer service as it is quite clear that if the packing label that indicates 17kg box upon shipping is filed as 2kg upon delivery that something is truly gone wrong during the packing/shipping. Will never buy again and advise everyone to be quite cautious as they seem to be ok with keeping your money and not delivering the products!!

Even after reading some negative reviews about the delivery, i opted to make my order from previous experiance. And even on this occasion the service was great and timely. it was so easy to speak to speak to Custmer Relations too.

They sent me the wrong product and now I'm stuck trying to return it because they SOOOOOO slow. It's now been 14 days trying to get a return label and I still do not have one. They reply every 2 days if you are lucky, with conflicting information, sometimes they ask if i would like a refund, another product or the original product in another colour/size... But then tell you, they don't have it in stock. Utterly useless. Just avoid.

All shipments i got from them were damaged, always battling to get through customer service. This time my order never arrived and they don't care, spent HOURS trying to speak to customer service. 3rd time this morning i'm being told they will call me back (no one ever called back). They have the confirmation that my order was damaged during transport but REFUSE to refund my order. Shame on you.

After reading the negative comments, I was a bit scared, but my order arrived in Ireland very quickly (4 days!) Everything was packed well. I ordered a waffle maker and a frying pan. Everything without defects or any damage.

It`s a scam! I`m going to reach for Netherlands Authority for Consumer and Market and will report them!

Order was incomplete when it arrived in mid June. The products received were in good order and also orders done in the past were fulfilled without issues. I contacted Cookinglife on Whats App on the 19 June, 1July and on the 19 August and via email on the 17 July, 30July and 19 August. I am not a fan of writing negative reviews and am still hopeful that the company will rectify this. I got 1 reply out of all my messages to reassure me the parts would be shipped. I am still waiting. 👎

Update 26 October. I was contacted in September and agreed to receive a refund. The partial refund has been paid.👍 Adding 1star for the refund.

FAKE faulty goods...ordered laguiole steak knives, they were blunt! Customer services ignored me, had to raise dispute through PayPal...they said will refund when returned...I returned and they refused the parcel!! Its taken 2 months to get my money back through PayPal because of these criminals

Vandaag bericht van het team ontvangen inzake de deellevering. Op 10 aug. was er voorraad van Berger Lampe Lavender Fields a 1 liter. Ik heb 2 flessen besteld. Niet ontvangen.
Op vrijdag jl. 18 aug. heb ik een screenshot gemaakt van hun website informatie: Lampe Berger Lavender Fields nog 2 flessen op voorraad. In hun bericht gemeld dat mijn bestelling in 'backorder' staat omdat er geen voorraad was en is ???

We ordered a few items: 4 cups, 1 sugar pot, 3L drink dispenser bottles and 6x glasses. We actually received our items 1 week later unlike some of the other reviews. I'd say the quality is very hit and miss. The sugar pot lid doesn't fit on top at all, 2/4 cups have cracked handles. The glasses are good and the 3L dispensers are good but the taps look cheap.

The sugar pot and cups are "Cosy and Trendy from Belgium" which sounds fancy but I honestly feel like it's cheap tat.

I can see they have a process on site for damaged goods but it's just the general quality is poor and I'm obviously not going to go through any hoops to replace a sugar pot and 2 cups. It's clear they have a warehouse full of tat and quality isn't the name of their game.

I'm sure you can probably get some good stuff from them and they seem to sell everything, but I wouldn't order anything from them again cause they don't seem to care.

I agree with all other reviews. This company seems to be a scam. Delivery takes ages and return process or cancellations do not work. They are impossible to reach and phone numbers provided do not work.
