Good product, reasonable price.

I ordered these knives as a gift, and despite the parcel being due for delivery over Easter, they were delivered to the UK in less than a week, with no hassle. The price was excellent for these high quality knives and I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend.

I am in the UK and needed some more of my favourite wine glasses by Leonardo. Couldn't find them in the UK ( Brexit again??!) but Cooking life had them. Supplied at a good price, excellent packaging, with good communications. Very impressed.

Having read poor (albeit old) reviews of this Dutch company on UK Trust Pilot I was hesitant to order 2 stainless steel trivets that were the perfect size for my shelves next to my cast iron cooker. Most suppliers have just 2 sizes - one too big for my shelves, one too small. Cooking Life had 3. However on reading more recent reviews on EU Trusted Shops I contacted the company by email to make sure there was someone to contact and also to check that the trivet was in stock. I received a very prompt response, ordered, received confirmation and delivery information and trivets delivered today by Royal Mail after Fedex delivered to them. The stainless steel trivets are of a very high quality and I am super pleased with them.

They messed up my order in every way possible

I ordered some knives from cooking eu and then read some very poor reviews about failed delivery and poor communication. I have to say this was not my experience. The knives were sent quickly with a good tracking link to FedEx and royal mail. They were good value and arrived exactly when promised.

After a long hard battle with them when they didn't want to give me a refund the case closed in my favour and I got my money back,please avoid them as much as possible they are truly scammers.

Appalling so far. My package marked as delivered even though the expensive part (wine glasses) never arrived, and was never sent according to the delivery company. Have contacted Cooking Life by email, contact form, Google chat, phone (doesn't connect) and social media. They have not responded to one of 8 messages over 3 days. I now have no Christmas present for my parents and no idea what has happened it it. The worst customer service.

Extremely disappointed in this company. I ordered 7 items for Christmas. 2 did not arrive. They explained one after 10 days of trying to contact them but not the other....both were presents. Now they won't even respond!!! I just get automatic messages explaining how busy they are ...yep we all are. I will never shop here again.

Was very worried after reading the negative reviews, but received delivery after 7 days to Ireland, packaged really well and no damages at all. Very happy with dinner set, look great and good quality.

Please avoid to save yourself the hassle. Ordered goods were faulty. A customer is supposed to return faulty goods withing 24 hours after delivery .... really? They "forgave me" for taking longer than that - it took me more than 24 hours just to open the box, definitely don't have time to start cooking that minute, wait for it to malfunction, pack it and post it all in one day.
Anyway ...after they "forgave" me for taking more than 24 hours .....still no refund and ignoring all messages.
The shop is a rip off / scam.
