I recently ordered beautiful glasses for a party at short notice and I received them within 5 days, which was very prompt. The quality of the glasses is very good and they have great weight, that makes them feel like they are mega expensive, but they were very well priced.
The website offers a huge array of products. I’ll definitely go back for other products.

Bought a KitchenAid kettle from them that wasn’t available on KitchenAid’s own site in the colour I wanted. It was also about 20% cheaper (than the available colours).

My items were all in stock when I ordered and I have had no issues. I was very pleased actually as I was able to find a few Mepal items that have been discontinued and are unavailable elsewhere.

My husband ordered an expensive pot on their website, but now they say they can't find the order. This site seems to be a scam!!!! They take the money, confirm the purchase and then pretend there is no order.

I bought a kettle and toaster Alessi and toaster not toasting properly so they blamed the bread and know the kettle has inside burnt and scaled less than a month. I am being told as I do not have the packaging I cannot get repair or refund and as I have used it. Obviously I am going to use it. I guess this time it's the waters fault. I want my £177 back for thus rubbish product and uncaring company.
