I am really upset with ContactsExpress and will NEVER order from them EVER again! I have been a customer in the past and they did an okay job, however I ordered my contacts a week ago with express shipping that stated it will be here in 1-4 business days. It’s now a week later and I have not received my contacts, which directly wasted the money I used for the express shipping. I suffer with chronic migraines and my glasses make this 100x worse, and used the express shipping to get these ASAP so I do not have to continue dealing with excessive pain. I used the live chat this morning to express my frustration and my situation and there was no representative available. I got an email back after and they definitely did not take my concerns seriously whatsoever.
I called their customer service number just now (3:15PM ON A THURSDAY) and a robot said “Looks like all our representatives have gone home for the day, please call us during our service hours or leave a message” I left a message and looked at their website after to see that their customer service hours were MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 10-6PM!!! The website also states that the representatives are happy to help and are very effective, which is NOT TRUE at all! I am really angry and disappointed that I have had to spend a week now working long hours in healthcare with a constant extreme migraine from my glasses because this company did not live up to their promised standards. I will DEFINITELY NOT be EVER ordering from here EVER AGAIN and I encourage you to do the same!!!

Responded to and followed up with a missing shipment order by replacing the order entirely within an hour. Customer service was very prompt.

They advertise a heavily discounted price, which matches the competitor's prices online, and then offer a 'first time discount' of 30% for new customers. When you take the time to add the item to your cart, find and enter all of your prescription information, and go to check out...they bump the price up to avoid giving you the 30% discount. For example, my contacts were advertised for $147 a box - which was within $10 of all the other offers. When I check out, it's $210/box less 30% (first time customer discount) to bring me back to the $147 a box. This is extremely misleading, because why would I become a new customer for absolutely no discount when I can just reorder through clearly.ca? I would rather a company be HONEST so that we can make an informed decision up front. When I emailed them about it, they answered with a form-reply about having 'processing fees' just like other companies. I didn't even ask about processing fees.... they definitely do not show that they care at all about transparency or customer service.

Shipping was fast but the quality of the contacts are terrible. Very cheaply made:(

Ironic their name has express in it when they don’t deliver. Contacts Express is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They blatantly lied about their shipping times, promising quick delivery when they clearly couldn’t deliver. I needed my lenses urgently, and instead, they gave me excuse after excuse about “courier delays”—as if that’s my problem to solve.

When I asked for a refund, they made it as difficult as possible, dragging out the process and wasting even more of my time. After all my effort and stress, they had the audacity to refund me a laughable amount that didn’t even come close to what I requested. Their response to my issue was dismissive and insulting, showing ZERO regard for their customers.

This company is a joke. They’ll happily take your money, fail to deliver on their promises, and leave you fighting tooth and nail to get even a fraction of what they owe you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a business at all costs.

Easy and quick problem resolution. My sons prescription changed right after I ordered him new contacts. They were exchanged for the updated prescription with a quick phone call.

Francis was super helpful and really pleasant.I made a mistake with my prescription for my contacts and he did a replacement order as I called.

I had to wait under 30 seconds to be put though to a rep. James was very polite and attended to my issue promptly (I had mistakenly ordered two sets of lenses instead of one, which he corrected immediately). What a pleasant change from waiting 30 minutes or longer on most help/service lines!

I've been waiting for my contacts to arrive, but with the Canadian postal strike Nothing is getting delivered through the post office, I spoke with a representative concerning the issue because I was out of disposable contact lenses and the order didn't arrive, I've been ordering from this company for a few years now and they haven't disappointed, he sent out my order using something else other than Canada post and I am appreciative, I highly recommend to anyone who needs prescription lenses, Thank-you

Excellent experience dealing with Contacts express. Easy process ordering online and When the frames i chose were no longer in stock they contacted me and representative was extremely helpful in assisting me choose another frame at a lesser price even- so I was refunded a little over $10 as well! I was nervous about ordering glasses online, but Contacts Express made it a fun experience. The glasses I chose ended up being too heavy, but after providing feedback, they called me the next day and offered to let me order a different pair. Fast and affordable contact lenses. Reliable and with quick shipping. Anytime I’ve had a question to get an immediate response by email. I don’t have to wait the 24 hours. They advise you it might take to respond. Overall, highly satisfied.

I generally prefer to get my contact lenses when they are on sale, and have yet to be disappointed with Contact Express. Also, contacting the team at Contact Express and voicing any concerns I may have, I get a very quick responses and even incentives to help with any inconveniences I may encounter with my order.

All companies should take pointers on contacts express! Not only are they the most affordable on the market but they are extremely kind and they all care. Best staff ever and everything always comes on time and I always have the help I need. I’m not tech savvy at all and I’m so scared of ordering glasses online but their website and customer care always lends a hand. I’ve been ordering off of here for 6 years and I’ll never go anywhere else.
