Great customer service and fast communication to address torn contacts

My first two orders were fast then the last three were so freaking slow!!!! Going to stop ordering from this company!! They’re only good in the beginning it’s so frustrating

Tyler was lovely to deal with. He went above and beyond and I felt appreciated as a long time customer.

I'm a repeat customer. I reordered contacts from them, and after I finished the order, I found out they have sneaked a $9.95 processing fee to my total. Process what? My order? If a supermarket charged $10 every time you went there, it would be deserted in an instant. If this is the way contactexpress treat their old customers, I want nothing to do with them or their parent company KITS anymore. I will buy my glasses and contacts elsewhere.

I was going to order new glasses from KITS as well, but after this experience I have just now ordered them from costco instead.

They always overcharging, taking money for delivery that they are not providing. You will end up paying for everything while they fakely claiming that their products are on sale, they will win on overcharge for multiple useless fees and extra services that they will never provide. Whenever you will try to reach out to the customer support, they will not be helpfull at all. Do not expect for refund for returning packages. the quality would be worse than amazon or any other store. you might think you pay less while pay hidden fees and dealing with unprofessional delivery

Always prompt and friendly with any questions

I ordered contact lenses and needed them quickly so paid for expedited shipping. I received an email from their customer service department letting me know my contacts were backordered and would take longer to ship. I reiterated via email that I needed them quickly and had paid for fastest shipping. They refunded my shipping costs and sent my contacts FedEx Priority. I ended up getting them in just a few days. The customer service was exceptional throughout the process. I would absolutely order through this company again.

Placed an order and the money was immediately deducted from my credit card. By the end of the day, I received an email stating that my spectacle prescription was not valid for contact lenses. I submitted a new contact lens prescription right away.
The next day in the afternoon, I contacted customer support. They informed me it would take another 24 hours just to review the new prescription. I stated that this timeframe was too long and explicitly requested a cancellation. The support agent literally hung up on me mid-call.
Despite cancelling, the shipment was dispatched 5 hours later anyway. Complete waste of time and terrible experience — definitely won't be buying from them again.

I've ordered from Contacts Express a few times, and every interaction has been great. Most recently, we accidentally ordered the wrong glasses size, and customer service was incredibly helpful. The representative was quick, straightforward, and resolved the issue without any hassle.

Every time I've reached out, I've received a prompt and helpful response.

The courier delivered my contacts to he wrong address and didn't provide a delivery email. A person at that address brought my contacts package over. This is already the second time my contacts get mishandled by your courier company!

While I appreciate the contacts the delivery company leaves much to be improved.

I’m at home when I get a missed call on my phone. For some reason my phone didn’t ring. Delivery guy attempted delivery and failed. I live in a condo and should have received a call from the intercom system but no call came. I figured they would redeliver the next day. Next attempt was 2 days later when I get another missed call on my phone (btw this generally happens when the caller hangs up after the first ring). I call back not more than 2 mins later. The delivery guy tells me he can’t come back and will attempt to deliver another day. I tell him he should have been using the intercom. He says he didn’t have my intercom number. I tell him that he could have looked it up. No response. I ask him when he will be back and why he can’t turn around now, he responds it’s company policy that they can’t do that. He says he might be able to redeliver the next day. Depends. So I give him my intercom code and can only pray that I will get my contacts before I need them. I think if these were sent by Canada post I would have had them by now.

Fast delivery

Fast, and cheaper than buying in the US. Shipping took like 3-4 days, which is better than my last experience buying from Canada. Will definitely purchase again.

Contact lenses are extremely comfortable and change my brown eyes to grey-green and grey perfectly!

I just received my order shipping email. At the time of purchase, the site advised for $12.95, shipping would take 2-4 business days. My new email says 3-7 business days. This is fraudulent advertisement. I ordered from here strictly based on the expedited time frame. So for an extra $20 on every order (shipping & "processing fee"), you're paying for the absolute worst customer service. This site has gone downhill and I should have listened to my fellow Reddittors before ordering again from here. I won't be fooled again.

Excellent communication and friendly service. Very fast delivery of my contacts. Overall fantastic experience.

My contact lenses prescription changed and I ordered a different brand than usual. The customer service team emailed me asking to confirm and let me know even if the prescription is the same, it might not feel the same with a different brand. I went back to the same brand I was using and they offered 30% discount. Very quickly my new order was placed. Big thanks to Adam and Amy for their support. Great service and great prices!
