I needed to exchange a box of contact lenses and was certain this would not happen. Instead, Eve told me that it would be no problem at all and told me exactly how to do it! I'm so happy with her, and my experience with contacts express.

I always get my contacts from here, their shipping is incredibly fast I get them within 1-2 days. Fair prices I've seen as well.

I placed my last order with Contacts Express and then realized the shipping address was incorrect (the wrong city name was listed). I called customer service and they were great. Andrew put a hold on the shipment and sent out a partial shipment to the correct address while the original lenses were returned.

I was having difficulty with re-ordering my lenses. Because each eye has a different prescription, the "chat bot" was telling me to place 2 separate orders, however that meant that I was not eligible for the offered discount. I called instead, and a customer service rep named Nicole was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and placed my order seamlessly. I'm glad that I called as I was considering shopping elsewhere based on the online experience.

Customer service is relatively good for the most part. Some minor language barriers for lack of a better word. Emily was very helpful is assisting me on re-ordering my contact lenses. My MAIN concern is because I have a astigmatism in both eyes, my contacts always seemed to be back ordered now. They never used to be like that. So instead of waiting 2-3 days now I'm waiting 6-7 days? Which for me is a BIG problem because I always order my contacts near the end of 3 months. I'm blind without my contacts.... Have them in stock like before. Problem solved.
Sometimes when back ordered I still would receive them in two days which is why I keep coming back. Lots of online contact lenses suppliers out there.

Diana in customer service was exceptional! I have had terrible service from Kits before in store when purchasing eyeglasses, but I was ordering contact lenses online and ran into a question. I called in, and Diana resolved the issue for me right away and was lovely all the way through the process.

I am so grateful for Kits (contacts express) customer service. I ordered contact lenses for my daughter and unfortunately they were stolen off of my porch. This is a big expense not covered so when the customer service rep Tony said that as a one time courtesy they would replace them for free I was so relieved. Thank you for your top notch service and understanding!!

I called Customer Service because the contact lenses I ordered were not working well for my eyes. I requested that they be replaced with daily lenses which I had previously used. The service rep was able to handle this request and my new lenses have been ordered. Great service . Thank you.

I had ordered wrong contact lenses (minus instead of plus). Got a full refund and was able to order the right set. (They we're not returnable) Had a similar issue on a different website and they refused any kind of credit towards the right set. Will be shopping here from now on. ( submitting a pdf prescription, not filling out manually anymore) Truely appreciated!
