Absolutely fabulous product and company. The customer service is excellent, always prompt to reply and professional. The product is excellent and the convenience and value are great. Since using CO2 I now use my soda stream on a daily basis because the process of replacing the canisters is so easy and straightforward.

using the CO2 exchange scheme…
Have been using the CO2 exchange scheme over a year and they are a really good company to use. The exchange scheme works really well and is good value for money. The customer service is excellent and they really aim to please. Using DPD ensures you get a fast reliable delivery service as well.

Online ordering iffy, live support excellent
They're a great company and their live support is excellent but the online ordering system is a bit wonky. Every time I tried to book a new delivery date it got further into the future. That said, live chat sorted out all the problems, and I now have CO² practically on tap.

So easy and cost effective
So much easier than replacing gas canisters at the shop, and cost effective as well. Great customer service - i love being able to arrange deliveries via WhatsApp.
