After open heart surgery, I needed a recliner that stands the user all the way up. I rented a recliner from Cloud of Goods. Obviously I wasn't feeling well so I didn't research reviews before ordering. A recliner was promptly delivered but it was hard plastic with very little padding. It was too painful to use it so I called to have it picked up. I requested a refund or at least a partial refund. It cost me almost $600 for one month rental. Every time I contacted the company, I received an email that said, we will review your account and contact you within 24 hours. They never contacted me. I bought a recliner on Amazon that is appropriately padded, raises all the way to a standing position, has heat and massage, several pockets and a USB connection - for $400! I got a great recliner for less than 1 month's rental of the torture device from Cloud of Goods. Don't pay them until they deliver the item you are renting!

I rented a scooter for 3 days. At first since it was through a partner I was a little worried, but make no mistake....what an excellent service! Great communication with Puerto Rico partner Gustavo Batista. Equipment on time, in great condition. Gave me the opportunity to have a great time with my daughter and liberty of movement. Will definitely use again! Thank you!

Jeff at Cloud of Goods was amazing. When I had issues with my flights being canceled, he reassured me that my scooter would be waiting for me when I arrived. During my visit, he was dropping off another scooter and stopped to introduce himself to me. All around, amazing service and great equipment as well!

I flew from Atlanta to Miami yesterday. I called Clouds of Goods and spoke to Dejuan. I had special needs and requirements. My cruise ship was leaving in less than 2 hours and I wouldn’t have any mobility without a scooter. I had no hope.

Dejuan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He coordinated the arrangements for a large scooter. Dejuan exceeded my expectations and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Not only was the turnaround time impressive, but he also took extra steps to ensure every detail was handled with care and professionalism. He was patient and lightning fast. Even though we were talking on the phone and would never see each other, he exhibited respectfulness and patience. The world be a better place if there were more Dejuans.

We had a wonderful experience with this company/service. The bed we ordered for my mother for a brief stay with us ensured she had a safe and comfortable visit. Drop off and pick up were exactly as requested and the price was great...had zero problems!

horrible 3rd world customer service and charging you for goods after you cancel order without a valid explanation. This company should be checked out by the office of consumer affairs for the state of Florida.

Drop off and pick up we're a breeze. Our wagon was a bit awkward to turn corners; next time I would try to specify which wagon i would like.

Wasn’t impressed. He showed up late to drop it off. Late to pick it up. The chair was all duct taped back together. Would not recommend! I’ve rented from other companies and had much better luck. I would call them a below average kinda company. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t use them again.

Jina in Honolulu was quick to respond, arrive, text her times, etc. This scooter was a lifesaver for my husband who is disabled. We found that most places in Waikiki can be accessed by these scooters. We were stopped by 3 tourists that asked about the scooter rental and recommended it highly.

Only negative was that our reservation specified an end date but no pickup time. On 2/17/25, I texted our pickup time to Jina and received a response from Ima G that these instructions would be added to the drivers note but apparently that did not happen as Jina called me asking me when the scooter could be picked up. Pretty good service but Ima G needs training.

My 88-year old mom came to visit for 1 week in Daytona Beach, FL. She can walk well but not super far. I rented a walker and a small "Go-Go" mobility scooter.

The scooter was perfect for the Daytona Flea Market and for a couple of lonnng (4 mile) walks on sidewalks and paved trails.

The walker was excellent in many ways including a full day in St. Augustine. When she was tired of pushing the walker, it was VERY easy to push her like she was in a wheelchair. She is short so her feet were just off the ground when I pushed her so that's the only thing that might not be comfortable if you need to push someone taller than 5' 1" in it.

Drop off at my house was awesome and pickup was easy as well. The drivers sent a picture of themselves and the time they expected to be here.

I rented a manual Hoyer lift from Cloud Of Goods and everything went excellent. It was a big help for me traveling as a wheelchair user. The lift was delivered on time and everything went smoothly. A big thank you to Gustavo, I appreciate all your help.

I booked a power wheelchair to enable my discharge from hospital. I was very surprised to receive an email later on, setting out that this was now being dealt with as a request because the company could not in fact source this item yet but were looking for it. Now there’s no wheelchair and I have to find an alternative. And face a longer stay in hospital

I recommend this company 100%. I made the reservation at the last minute. To be exact, I rented it on February 1st at 3:00 PM and the entrance to the cruise was on Sunday, February 2nd at 1:00 PM. The handicapped scooter was at the door of my cabin when I arrived at the cruise on Sunday. Mr. Gusvo Batista delivered the scooter and was kind and respectful when communicating with me via cell phone. I would hire your service again. This was my first time using a service like this and it was amazing. The guys showed me how to break down the scooter and actually made sure it fitted in the trunk of my car. Dee and Thomas were great. I'll definitely be using this service again 0

Gustavo was super helpful and courteous. I had a problem with one of the tires. It got deflated and flat and we couldn't use the beach wheelchair for 3 days. I requested a refund for those 3 days and it was denied.
