I used my daughter‘s six year-old cloud nine straightener when I visited her in Queensland and it was amazing so I just had to buy one. It just does the job so much quicker which means less damage to my hair. Absolutely love it.

As soon as I contacted Cloud Nine due to my straightener failing when plugged into the new house, they immediately organised the return of the straightener and replaced with the upgraded model.

I’m on Cloud Nine!
Very happy with my purchase. I had a twenty year old straightener which did the job however I loved the idea of being able to control the heat settings and eliminate the harsh burning of my ends.
I’ve also realised that my hair doesn’t have to be ‘perfectly straight’
Just lightly ironing out the wrinkles is all I need!

Amazing straightener with incredible technology. I bought the wide iron straightener and I would recommend it to anyone. It was recommended to me by a friend who has been using theirs religiously for 4 years now and I’m so glad I listened. No friction and adjustable heat settings is incredible. While using it with the magic potion my hair has never looked better. It was delivered super quickly with great communication.

My first order was lost by Australia Post Cloud 9 tried to find it but to no avail so they replaced the order straight away with a little extra and express post . Customer service was great and I absolutely love my items 😊

Exceptional customer service with all my research prior.. and then receiving the product is a top quality. I love using it cuts a time down in half and the mini hairdryer has good mini impact of heat and will be perfect for travelling. Can’t wait to use it next week.

Excellent choice
I purchased the original hair straightener and I am extremely pleased with it. I have never owned a straightener before, thinking that it could make my hair frizzy or damage it. The Cloud 9 straightener does the opposite making my hair smooth and manageable. The straightener is easy to use with clear instructions and I am getting better at doing my hair in different styles. A really good choice. Also the delivery was very prompt.
