Great and fast response from customer services.

Over the two years I have had the cat flap I have experienced a couple of issues. Both times they have offered assistance, then on both occasions sent out replacement parts which arrived within 3 days of my first contact.
For a 2 year old product I was expecting to get dismissed, so very surprised and impressed that they are still providing good and fast support.

Great product, looks nice, good instructions, easy to fit and programme and is easy to clean. Customer services were incredibly helpful and responsive when we had issues with programming and helped to resolve the problem. Very happy.

Emailed twice as I’d purchased tunnel which wasn’t fitting onto the cat flap and needed advice. Received absolutely no help other than an email saying they had received mine. Had workmen waiting on a response to fit it in the wall. Needless to say I’ve got over £100 of product still in boxes. Would definitely not recommend this company as customer support is non existent.

I've got the microchip catflap with timer control and it's a great product. The customer service is also great (replaced the broken product twice with no fuss). I would've given five stars if the product's durability was better (first time it stopped working altogether, second time it wouldn't let my cats go outside anymore) and I didn't need the customer service at all.

My cats love the CatMate Pet Fountain - White (335US). My older one will actually wait for me to turn on the pump after cleaning once a week (I have 3 cats) before drinking (she will actually watch the water flow down the 2 upper levels before drinking). I have had my CatMate Fountain for a little over 8 months now, and ran into a small complication.
Pump was working perfectly fine before the monthly/bi-monthly deep clean, and after putting everything back together and when I put the pump sit in my sink full of fresh, cool, water to run it to rinse, it wouldn't turn on.
I contacted customer support right away (as my fountain is still under the 12 month warranty) and ensured my 3 year warranty with proof of purchase (from date of purchase). Customer support was back to me quick (it happened on a Friday night, they responded by Monday morning).
I followed their directions and emailed (help @ closerpets.com) for warranty replacements. I had a reply within an hour of emailing (on a tuesday morning) and no more than 30 minutes later had a separate email of the replacement pump being shipped.
11/10 Customer Service (both response time and helpfulness)
10/10 Product rating (my cats were all very disappointed when the pump stopped working, but still drank from the basin)

After 3 months I had a problem with the catflap.
The reaction on my e-mail was very quick and Closer Pets have zend me immediately a new one.
So it was a very good and pleasant service!

Had a problem with our pond pump.
Contacted customer service which diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the pump under warranty.
Customer Service were excellent in their response and easy to deal with.

I told someone called Martin of the problem with cat feeder and he immediately sent me an e-mail stating they would send me out a replacement cat feeder. First class customer service.

Cat flap arrived on time and seems quite well made. However the entry exit buttons seem to be on the inside of the flap rather than the outside?
I am a little confused by this!
Perhaps it was assembled wrongly or am I not understanding how it's supposed to operate?

Got a large cat flap fitted today, they used closer pets cat flap very good and easy to use. Hopefully it will last. Would recommend product.

When my catflap stopped working after nearly 3 years, I got in touch with Closer Pets / Pet Mate and was provided with great customer support by phone initially and then email, and was ultimately provided with a replacement unit. They were helpful and efficient, thank you.
