My cat fountain developed a fault in the pump after 4 months. Although initially annoyed the company immediately went about resolving the issue and sending out a new pump. From reporting the issue on a Sunday evening, the issue was picked up and resolved by 11am Monday.
The product itself is very good also, and better -by far - than other cat fountains I've tried. This one has 3 tiers of height, a good filter and is very quiet. The fault I feel is a one off. Do the instructed maintenance!

Fantastic experience. I needed a replacement cat flap door and couldn’t work out from the website which one I needed. My call was answered in minutes and Martin told me which one I needed - it arrived in the next post and then he emailed me instructions on how to fit it. All in all an efficient and effective service. Thank you

I purchased a C500 5 portion cat feeder. I thought it was a tad expensive but it has proved to be worth every penny. Purchased to feed my mother cat when she was in hospital. It worked so well and was easy to set up and works every time. We now use it all the time. The cat sits and watches it. Look smart and easy to clean. Great product.

I bought the microchip catflap after getting a new door. I wanted one that didn't require a collar. This was perfect. I did take a couple of goes to get it started but that was nothing to do with the catflap, more me and an over eager cat lol. I contacted company and received a speedy reply with excellent help. Cannot fault the catflap or the company. Highly recommended.

Ordered a dog door at a good price, arrived very promptly, was exactly as described and fairly easy to fit.

Replacement of a damaged part under warranty. Very good service and very quick delivery. I was happy to pay for the part but they informed me that it was covered by a warranty and there was no charge. Great service.

Having not come across this company before, i was a bit dubious using them. However Customer service was great when a problem did occur and thry gave a prompt response. The address was incorrectly labelled and my product was returned to sender. After little communication a new product was sent straight away and delivered a few days later.
Automatic 5 meal feeder is a great product and would very much recommend the feeder and Closer Pets as a reliable company.

Contacted Closer Pets after my very reliable Cat Flap developed a fault. They very kindly offered a free replacement and no quibble. Can’t fault this company in any way.

Really excellent customer service. My automatic cat feeder broke after 6 months. Within 2 business hours, they had sent over a range of possible fixes. When those didn't work, a replacement was in the post, no further fuss.

The product was as described and arrived on time. So for a business transaction, all went well. The product, however, needed more detail instructions on fitting and its design should have been such as to position the fitting screws further away from the cut-out. Any slight error in cutting the cutout (mine was through a brick wall) meant there was little or no room for a hole for the rawl plugs. I had the devilish job making provision for these.
