Bad business, should never book again with dishonest third party booking

Dear Carson,

I spoke with your subordinate Vance last saturday. We agreed that your were suposed to call me back today.

As it’s now the end of the Day actually and had nothing from you at this Time, now I am going to talk about your business and the great service that you provide to me.

I will change my glasses if I want do business with you again. Also, I will need a recorder to listen very well what your employees are saying when they finalise the sale with a ton of options offered to me.

More seriously, I booked with a third party in the past and it’s the first time I got screwed like this.

Like almost the normal and ordinary people, read fastly all the small prints at the bottom of the email that you send to your customers, and was probably told in our telcon between you and us.

As I’m now 56 years old, I would never NEVER take a standby plane tickets. We are working hard for our money , and purchase another plane ticket at an very expensive price makes me mad at this.

I call this BAD business .

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Booking process makes it very clear checked baggage is included and at comparable prices to other providers with checked baggage. Finalise payment and the baggage confirmation disappears. Receive a call 5 minutes after booking stating baggage isn’t included and need to pay £110 a flight extra. Refuse to cancel booking and state cancellation fee will be required.
Upselling scam website. Avoid.

SCAMMERS stole our money

SCAMMERS stole our money. ATOL certificate does not exist! Even there replies on TrustPilot are copied and pasted! Dig a little deeper into there reviews, they are all false reviews. Last reviewer, did 8 reviews 21 hours ago all with different 3rd party ticket providers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!…

BOOKED 2 FLIGHTS TO AUSTRALIA £2200)AND WITHIN 2 MINS OF PAYING I RECIEVED A CALL ASKING IF ID READ THE T&C'S WHICH I HAD, ONLY TO BE TOLD MY BAGGAGE WASNT INCLUDED WHICH WOULD COST AN EXTRA £400 EACH. Do not use this website- it is a scam

Do not use this website- it is a scam. I booked flights to Boston and received a call to say that one passenger was confirmed and the other wasn’t and £250 more was required. The cost for just the single travellers was £350! The agent ‘Robin’ was very pushy and threatening. I wanted a refund and was told I would need to pay a £60 cancellation fee!
Do not use them, total scam and really stressful. I have referred to my credit card company.
All of the above is illegal / not clear. Total scammers

Attention arnaque

J’ai acheté deux billets pour 608 dollars. Une fois la transaction effectuée il me contacte et me demande de payer 1500$ supplémentaire en disant qu’il n’y a plus de place sur mon vol d’origine. Je demande d’annuler il refuse. J’ai passé plus de 1h30 au téléphone avec eux. Ce sont vraiment des voleurs!!!

I spent £584 on flights to Tokyo

I spent £584 on flights to Tokyo. And within 10 minutes of paying I received a phone call from Chang stating there is a problem with my flight out, but my flight back was fine and booked. I was also told my flight deal did not include ‘checked baggage’ although when booking it said 1 item checked was included.
I will change the 2 star review if these things get rectified quickly.

ORGANIZED SCAM – AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS
⭐☆☆☆☆

I booked a flight on click2book.ca for $780 CAD. After payment, people from the site called me to say that, for the return flight, *the airline had no more seats… unless I paid an additional $500 CAD. However, the airline was never involved – it was click2book.ca staff who made up this excuse.

The “customer service” is unreachable except by phone, and you always end up speaking with the same people, apparently in a call center in India, with a strong accent, who just keep repeating that you have to pay more. No solutions, only pressure.

And I am not an isolated case:

Amaya (CA): “They asked me for $350 more to confirm my seat after purchase. I canceled my card in time. This company is a scam, their positive reviews are fake.”
Michel Séguin(CA): “Bought a Montreal–Halifax flight, then got a call saying a flight wasn’t available. They demanded a \$500 ‘upgrade’ or no guaranteed return. Luckily, I canceled my card in time.”

These testimonials confirm a clear pattern: lure people in with low prices, then invent fake problems to force extra payments, exploiting the fear of losing the flight.

Conclusion:
Avoid this site at all costs. Book directly with airlines or through reputable agencies.
Never give your card information to such a platform.
