Wonderful service from a truly exceptional staff Rose Jones. She was very patient going through all different options to fulfil my requirements which were very specific. Fully understood my itinerary. Was always available to communicate by call text . Gave her list of hotels I wanted happy to check them
to see if they had availability and could fit in with my requirements. Was so so helpful provided clear precise practical information , was not pushy or just trying to sale. Left the decision up to me gave me time to decide . She was truly amazing . I have been communicating with her for about 1 week trying to book this . I booked and ended up with just what I wanted. She is a great asset to the team. Keep up the good work Rose Jones

Well i really need a give a big thumbs up and honestly recommend this agency for your upcoming travel needs..but in a very special way the agent who dealt with me through the entire process fedora morgen..she was there from day one ,patient, resourceful,helpful throughout the entire process for me which almost took a week due to certain inconvenience which we had to work through..but she was there, evrytime I text or call, or had a question or doubt ..hats off to her and thanks very much

Awful company please don't use them.
They took my deposit of £1000 and was told to change just the date if I want to reschedule my travel for another date to not to loose my deposit. Today I have tried to arrange the travel for a different date, and Raymond a very rude person said if i want to change the company will charge me an extra £2000 and told me to make a deposit of another £1000 payment today to keep this booking if not I will loose my previous deposit. He hung up the phone on me. Raymond you are a bad man may you got punish for lying to me and my family from day one.
PLEASE THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I called to enquire about a flight I saw online and I spoke to a lady called fedora.
She was very good.
She’s very patient and knows what she was talking about.
Even when I want to say goodbye bye she keeps on giving me different options and I end up buying the flight to Sierra Leone.
I will always come back to her when I want a flight and also introduce her to my friends and family.
Please say thank you to her for me and I give her 5 stars for her professionalism and patience and knows what she was talking about.

From the very start of the planning for my birthday surprise for my wife, a trip to Canada and the part she has always wanted to go, I dealt with Jake Matthews. To say he was excellent would be an under-statement.
Nothing asked of him was any problem. He advised in a friendly, careful, courteous and professional manner.
