Certaines informations n’avaient pas été indiquées sur ma facture. Pour effectuer les changements par la suite, c’est très compliqué, puisqu’il ne peuvent pas le faire. Il faut contacter la compagnie aérienne directement.

Booked a car that was being paid for by…
Booked a car that was being paid for by insurance. Found out at the time of pickup that insurance would not cover airport rentals because of higher fees. Cancelled the booking the very next day without taking a car they billed me 1000.00 dollars (can) and told me that I would get a refund. On month later and still no refund. Have to take other avenues to hopefully get my refund. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Useless support
I needed to change the date of my flight and they weren’t accommodating whatsoever. The person assisting me was extremely unprofessional and just kept telling me the booking reference number I provided didn’t exist in their system, but it is clearly labeled as the booking reference number on every document they have provided so far. Rip.

J'ai acheté mon billet d'avion avec la.compagnie United Airlines. Quand je suis arrivée à l'aéroport, tout les comptoirs étaient fermés et on m'a dit qu'il ni avait aucun vol de United ce soir là. Finalement on m'a dit que c'était Air Canada qui faisait la liaison. Je n'ai reçu aucun courriels, rien de rien pour m'informer du changement. C'est la dernière fois que je réserve avec cette agence

The staff were polite and helpful but i was disappointed they could not help me sign up for my flights... i had to do that on my own and the computer program would not let me enter my birthdate . only the day after !! very frustrating and i needed to call them the day after to have that corrected.. also i wanted to buy a ticket with only one checked bag and they could not do that either.

Upgraded seats not upgraded
We booked our emitates flights through travel junction. But we got a call back saying one of our flights seats are no longer available dxb to yyz and therefore we were asked to pay $250 more per ticket for an upgrade. (Economy to premium economy). But when the tickets were issued. We got issued economy tickets and this issue has still not been resolved.

Ticket was invalid day before travel.
Ticket was invalid day before travel.
Luckily i tried to check-in the night before imagine if I just went to the airport? I called and the rep said there was nothing he could do and the flight was cancelled despite the fact that I could still see the flight on their website search. The rep then said my best bet was to buy a last minute replacement flight which I did.
Come the morning of the flight, I receive a call from the original rep that booked the ticket that they resolved the issue and that the ticket had been reinstated. He said since my booking was within 24hrs I can cancel it with the airline and get a full refund which I did.
It all worked out in the end but this was a rather unnecessarily stressful situation. Needless to say I was on edge for the second leg of my booking a few days later which was fine.
Also price at booking wasn't honoured and I had to pay more afterwards which seems like they lowball to draw customers in.
