Friend ordered, received nothing

Don’t buy from click.ie. The shops are no longer affiliated to the online store so there is no one to contact after you buy a faulty phone or when your product does not arrive. I have send a letter to the address in Navan requesting a full refund for my faulty phone and given them 10 working days to respond (this advice is from the competition and consumer protection Commission). If I get no response I will take my case to the small claims court.

1 star is too much to give but the system won't allow a 0! I bought (looked like a great deal) but had to return the phone (iPhone) as it was not working. More than 2 months later I cannot contact the company to get any information on where my phone is. SHOCKING SERVICE.

Same story, wish I had done my homework before I spent the money, has anyone any advise on where to locate offices etc. How is this company still being aloud to trade in spite their obvious fraud

Attention do not buy from click shops they are a con daughter paid cash in the omni store to a guy called James connell 462 on the 4th March. He told her the phone would be in for collection on Wed 7th and the store has not opened since so no money and no phone. I can't get an answer from any phone number .

Click.ie online and stores don’t deliver the phones that people have already ordered online and paid for online !

They then Refuse to answer the phone, you can’t leave messages and they don’t reply to emails, waiting 8 weeks now and still no phone!

We have a very disappointed child who has effectively had his money stolen by CLICK.IE online!

The shops can’t help as they say they are franchise based which is actually a lie because there are actually owned and operated by Cantec office solutions T/a click.ie !

Ordered on 4th feb from click .ie to date no iphone for my daughter. her hard earned money. After phone calls emails and messages on facebook i did get a reply stating orders would be filled by 28th of feb. Its now the 9th march and not a word no phone delivered. Sick of trying to contact them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE.

Unfortunately I did not have the foresight to look on this sight before I ordered a phone from this company. Needless to say I am still waiting on a delivery. I have had to contact my bank & get legal advice on this matter. Despite ringing the number on their website & contacting their Ennis store and also leaving emails I have had no contact from this company.

Please do not use this company - Both my brother and I ordered phones separately for our kids at Christmas. They never delivered the phones and just ignored our correspondence . Click didn't respond to any emails and never answered the phone once. We both had to go through Pay pal to get pour money back and we never once got any sort of explanation or apology. They ruined my sons Christmas so please stay well clear of them !

Looks like delivery communications are a problem with this company I wish i had read this before all 1 star reviews saying the same thing Come on clickno contact no phone not good enough contact me ! 32 days now no contact from click.ie I can't log on to the website to track order, resetting password sends a blank password, you do not reply to facebook messages or Emails it would be nice to get some sort of update on a 5 week old order that you are still advertising as in stock on your website.and offering in competitions your customer service is lacking talk to me. By the way my daughters birthday was the 13/2/18 your not doing well.

This is the COMMENT i put up on the Click.ie Facebook page and the next morning it was Delete and Classed as SPAM.

same here bought an iPhone 6 for my son in November 17 never worked and was told to take to nearest store and they would sort it out. Nearest store was Navan arrived there and told they couldn't do anything for us but checked out phone and said it had a Band Issue. They weren't to nice said they couldn't replace phone as they couldn't be out price of phone. Are they not part of the overall Click.ie doesn't seem so. They now have phone back and can't contact them by phone or email. They are a disgrace....😠 CAN PEOPLE PLEASE STOP BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Doesnt look like I am going to get anything from these people either so will have to go the Small Claims Court road also probably not see a dime of money......

I would never deal with this company again worst online experience ever. Got phone before Xmas after 3 weeks waiting to find it was faulty after 4/5 days trying to contact customer service they auchully answered on one occasion that was after about 30 times getting mail box full, they sent courier to pick phone up next day I thought this was great that's where it stops that was nearly 7 weeks ago I've been ringing each day since got onto one of the shops and they got a girl called Maria to contact me by email two weeks back she made a promise phone would be sent last Tuesday week still waiting the worst part it was my 13 sons Xmas present after 3 weeks waiting for it he's even given up asking about it most frustrating.. After talking to consumer rights looks like only option I have is small claim court as its past 60 days don't think I can get a charge back on credit card... STAY CLEAR OF THESE COWBOYS....

Awful experience, exactly like everybody else's. Money gone, the phone never materialised, and impossible to contact them. Disheartened, I applied to my bank for a transaction dispute refund and - oh joy! - the money was refunded to me within days, although the transaction happened more than two months ago. See if you can do the same. I have no phone but at least I have my money back.

Really appalling service. The took my money and then become completely uncontactable . Numerous emails , dead end phone number ...There is an obvious consensus emerging . This is fraudulent behaviour

If I coud give a zero star I would. Im waiting over a month now for a phone that's advertised for 5 days and paid in full. No response to multiple voice messages and email. Calling my bank to report fraud! IT'S A SCAM TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!

Never received my items, or any communication, despite my emailing

Unfortunately I am in the same boat with click.ie - 2 weeks and not a word on the iPhone 5s I ordered and paid for online. No response to emails or phone calls either.

Daughter bought phone on 2 Jan online told 5 working days for delivery. Now 17 Feb no phone click not responding to calls emails messages. Went to click store they said their expected delivery did not arrive they have no phones yet they keep selling them online and telling people who enquire 5 days delivery. Teenage daughter spent a long time saving to buy phone and now has to try to recover money through bank .

Honestly the worst customer experience ever with Click.ie. I ordered a new phone the day my existing phone died on me. That was mid January. As it said delivery was 2-3 days I said I would go for it as it was a good deal and quick delivery. After 5 working days I said I’d email them to see what the story was. After waiting 2 more days and no reply I tried ringing their offices. The phones go straight to mailbox. I tried calling them every day for nearly 3 weeks with calls going to mailbox, I’ve emailed them about 8 times with no reply. A few days ago I messaged them on Facebook and same story no reply. So a month since ordering I opened a disputed through PayPal and ten days later I have received an email saying it’s been ruled in my favour and a refund is on the way. I can’t believe the outright cheek of them. To take money with no intention of giving you the product!!!

Reading all the reviews and I am in the same position as others. I came on here to look for some advice as to what I should do next. I ordered a phone 6 weeks ago, tried emailing and calling them.. nothing. I am so dissapointed that this is happening and I would never usually buy stuff like this online I just really thought it was a good choice. I do not have a PayPal account and am a little nervous now with regards to my consumer rights. If anyone could offer assistance I would be most grateful. I'm sorry that we all seem to be going through a horrible fix from this company how unfair!
