Got what said to be a “like new “ iPhone 6a came with a battery that lasts 3 hours on a good day and a home button that doesn’t work. The phone came with water damage and so I couldn’t even bring the phone to apple to be repaired or replaced. Don’t recommend at all !!

When I emailed and rang back click.ie multiple multiple times and got no reply whatsoever. It’s disgusting behavior.

This company took thousands of orders for phones and sent out almost none of them, they then closed the company and low and behold they are now back open and already doing the same thing again !

My daughter paid click.ie €400 for an iphone 7 which never arrived. Tried calling them but all mailboxes were full and received automated response to emails (same one each time). Thankfully we paid with PayPal and managed to get the money back. Can't believe this company is still allowed to advertise and continues to take orders - an absolute disgrace in 2018, where are the authorities? Why isn't some governing authority not doing something to shut them down or warn consumers about them!!?

Bought an iPhone 7, never received and now they're in liquidation

Going into liquidation . The company over click is going into liquidation on the 24/4/18. Look at cantec office solutions on solocheck and it tells you that there is a meeting of creditors upcoming . This means they are going under , everyone’s orders , refunds , replacements will be gone with no hope of any returns . Disgusting to see they are still advertising sales as this is obvious fraud to a serious extent. Questions have to be asked about where the money went for everyone’s online orders . I got scalped only for €149 for an iPhone S , feel really bad for you guys that have spent in the high hundreds. This is shameful and despicable by the directors of this scam vehicle

3 months nearly and still no iphone 7, Im sick of waiting and going to my solicitors if my phone is not being delivered

Do not buy from click.ie I placed an order with them on the 30th January for €549. The money was immediately debited from my account. They sent a confirmation email but that was it. 8 weeks after I placed order still hadn’t received it and could not get through on the number they had given on confirmation email I emailed them several times and no reply I got in contact with my bank and thankfully they got my money refunded so I would advise anyone in similar situation contact your bank and get refund as there will be no orders shipped. Once I received my refund went straight to phonez in galway and got the same phone + cover + screen glass cover all for €70 less I told them of my experience with click and they said it has happened to loads of people

Bought a phone few weeks back. Took my money, confirmation email. Nothing since, have phoned all the shops in Ireland and the click,ie number and emailed them and still nothing. JOKE.

Ordered refurbed iPhone online a few weeks ago. Received nothing and cannot contact them by phone, email or messenger.
Rip off.

Absolute disgrace. I ordered an iPhone 6s on January 20th and 2 months later I still haven’t received the phone. I’ve gone into click stores and been told it’s got nothing to do with them. They gave me an email in the click store in Navan, which I emailed several times since I ordered the phone and still got no reply. I’ve rang the number 1800 365 665 and it says their mailbox is full. I’ve text them on Facebook and the messages aren’t delivering yet they are posting phone sales on their page. Absolute disgrace, don’t order anything from them because your only throwing away your money.

I ordered a iPhone 6 299€ for my partner for xmas in November, literally got it 2 days b4 xmas eve for it to be broken. Finally got someone on fb and told me to bring it to the navan shop that i have done and still their and said their is no fixing it and gave us a number to ring and a email. And that we done iv sent about 300 emails and about 500 calls and nutting but one email to say her grandfather died. To me thats very unprofessional and asked for my order details and that i send to never hear off her again. Im am fed up to the max off this crap and if its not sorted i will be going to the small claims court. You could off had a fantastic business but instead you ruined it for yourself.

Unacceptable no communication and no product

Just a word of warning for anyone not to even contemplate purchasing anything from Click.ie. They are nothing but the biggest bunch of scam artists ever. I purchased an expensive item from their online store that guaranteed 1 day delivery. It is now 6 days later and I have not received a thing. Their phones go unanswered and they refuse to respond to emails or Facebook messages. I now have to go through the whole process of filling in a Visa Debit Transaction Dispute form to try and reclaim what I paid. Even doing this there is no guarantee that I’ll ever get my money back. Please do not make the same mistake of ordering something from these cowboys. Always check trustpilot first. Apparently now the company is going into liquidation yet they continue to advertise items on their Facebook page. I have also reported them to the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland and the CCPC. After doing some further research into the company apparently hundreds of people have paid for items via click.ie and have not received anything.

Ordered a phone on the 6/3/18, received a confirmation email of order . Two days later I sent an email wondering what the status of shipment was , no reply. Since then I have emailed,messaged and called , no response. Called to one of their shops seven days after ordering phone and was told by one of their employees to contact my card supplier to stop payment and to try and get my refund as the company was in trouble and that staff in the shops had not been paid for sometime. To date still no phone .

Do not buy from this company they are gangsters they will take your money and you will have no phone they do not answer texts phone calls or emails if you have bought using PayPal contact PayPal and Lodge a complaint

This company have refused to answer any of my calls messages or posts on Facebook they have blocked me from messaging their page yet they have the time to report my trust pilot review twice 🤔🤔 makes you wonder about their priorities
