Anyone know where this ray norton lives c*nts robbed 350 off me his car Windows’s and windows on his house will have to pay up for it

Phone ordered in Nov 2019, never arrived. No option to pay by PayPal, just bank transfer or credit card..should have alerted me that this was a scam company back then.
Several phone calls, emails made and all fallen on deaf ears. Research Ray Norton before you attempt to order from this company. After investigation by my bank to retrieve funds, fraud department wrote today to say there is no money to transfer back to me in this company's account.
I'm at the loss of €350. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Website gone but Facebook page still operating despite me reporting it. I'm glad people like this weed exist in the minority in society. A disgusting way to treat people. Shame on him.

Got a phone for the Christmas deal it came with speaker and earphones which neither of them worked. Phone was grand but battery was ruined in 3 months. I was supposed to get an upgrade one year later and he never replied to my email

Most appalling service I have ever received in Ireland ! Got more communication from companies in China ! A month now waiting for my phone and no sign of it. Stay away !

Click. ie are scam artists; the deal to give a phone upgrade after 1 year is a lie; I tried and tried to invoke this option this year but they cannot be contacted and never reply to emails; I have complained them to the advertising authority.

Horrible customer service. Ordered something for Xmas and it still hadn’t shipped. Have asked for a refund multiple times and get the run around. Extremely disappointing.

I ordered a phone from click.ie on 30 th November 2019 for my daughter it was 559 euro it was her Christmas present I hav nt received it.
I got a e mail from Ray on the 16 th December saying I would receive it by today friday 20 th December no phone arrived I m sitting here writing this and I d ont know what I m going to do.
I be no phone for my daughter and I hav nt the money to buy another one .

This company is scamming people and seems to be getting away with it. I ordered an Iphone 8 off them on 21/11/2019 for my son for Christmas and it still has not arrived. I got a confirmation email and an order number and response to some of my emails enquiring on when I would get my delivery. But as of Monday 9th December after I spoke to Ray on the phone and he assured me my order would be dispatched that day I have not heard anything back from them. He will not respond to any of my emails, and will not pick up the phone or mobile phone to me. I have tried to contact this company every way i can find emails, phone, facebook, contact us on the website but i am getting blanked. I will be taking this to the claims court as i have plenty of evidence that I would recieve my phone and have confirmation of payment and an order number. I have also reported this matter to the guards, the European consumer commission and my bank. This is fraud they are scamming people and need to be stopped.

Terrible terrible service .... paid for an iPhone 7 over 6 weeks ago and haven’t got a SINGLE notification . Came here and read the reviews , googled the name of the guy that runs it an he’s basically the Irish Bernie Madoff. Never ever ever buying online again

If I could have scored zero rating I would have. Ordered an iPhone in July, next day delivery, still no phone. Have sent emails requesting a refund, no refund. I am now in the process of making an official complaint to which Ray at Click is aware. Stay away!! Customer service is the pits, they have basically stollen €279 from me.

Purchased a refurb iphone 8 bundle on 22nd August 2019 and paid €379...I was sceptical but I had ordered and received a phone in the past and it was perfect, had to wait about 4 weeks but arrived and was happy...this time is a different story...texting, emailing daily and Thursday 2 weeks ago Ray happened to answer his phone apologising that their computers crashed and all orders were lost and asked me to email the details of my purchase which I did and he replied confirming receipt of my email and nothing to this day...very angry at this stage and you wouldn't mind but poor feckers are l&s on fb thinking their ina competition to win an iphone 11...any beware notices I post seem to be wiped quickly....if they were only as quick with putting our orders in the post🙄
Just to update today is 27th November 2019 and after daily perseverance ringing, texting and emailing I finally got my refund...🥳 long road but got there!

Don’t even have the manners to contact you . I send two emails one last year and this year and nothing . Why have an email system when it’s not utilized.

Ordered an iPhone it was delayed in post , but arrived two days after the agreed date.
Excellent condition and is working great. This is a great company to deal with. Highly recommended

Please do not buy from Click.ie I ordered a phone 3 months ago it sill hasnt been delivered and click.ie will not answer my emails or phone calls. Click.ie is not registered in Ireland as the website name would suggest

Having issues with this crowd. Phone ordered and paid for but no sign of it and no communication. Has anyone had any luck with CCPC? I will have no hesitation in taking this to the small claims court and pursuing it to the bitter end. A business like this should not be let continue to rip people off without consequence.

Absolute scam of a company. When I emailed they told me my phone had been dispatched. Then when it didn’t arrive they repeatedly told me I had been refunded. This is not the case. I’ve sent over 200 emails and still nothing. Stay away.

We paid €200 cash for a refurbished Iphone 6 which was delivered and then returned in accordance with the warranty guidelines. That was 4 weeks ago, despite emailing and calling Ray we have had no response or refund of our payment. Has anyone succeeded in making a small claim action against click.ie. If so what is the registered company name and registration number. It is impossible to find on the CRO website. Lou
