This message is to caution people who depend travel agencies and not for getting any response from Cleartrip (as they are expert in making copy past replies and unprofessional work culture). Never ever approach Cleartrip for any kind of travel needs even if they offer special discount or attractive rates. I had to cancel tickets booked for my family due to current situation (in Mar. 2020) and Cleatrip has refunded money back to my account after deducting a considerable amount as cancellation charges (although Airlines has refunded the amount fully to Cleartrip). Now more than 7 months over and no hope of getting the deducted amount. I shall never ever use Cleartrip in future.

BAD EXPERIENCE! I booked for my flight last May 2020 but unfortunately we canceled it because of the Pandemic my cleartrip ID is 200201676816.. Since then we kept on calling for the cleartrip call center to follow up out request but only telling us to wait for 3-7 days. Now it’s almost 7 months of waiting but I did not receive any refund. Today I called one of the agent and informing me they just process it today. Like seriously after calling them several times! I badly need the refund so my flight back in the Philippines..

I am waiting for a refund for more than 120 Days now with no positive response from Cleartrip. Escalated to higher levels, seems like they treat their customers as Poop!

"We received your request to know the status of your refund for Trip ID 2002xxxxxxxx(clipped)..

In order to initiate the refund process, we had sent a Refund Application to Emirates but unfortunately, it is still pending with the airline for the authorization. Once the refund is processed from the airline, it will be credited to your account in 5 to 7 working days to your original mode of payment."

The airline is saying the truth - Clear trip is lying since long time which I knew from the beginning.

Now someone help me to get my hard earned money back!

My cleartrip ID is 1920030813515. I booked a one month visa through cleartrip which was cancelled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions in UAE. After august Uae gov released the visa which was not even communicated to me so I booked one more visa and utilized it. Later UAE gov has refunded all cancelled visas but for me they are denying to give my money back! Since April am begging them for my money! Am a regular cleartrip customer and even after this issue I am trusting cleartrip! I even asked them for credit or points of the cancelled visa so that I can use it for my next booking. They denied that as well!

I am very disappointed from cleartrip experience. I have contacted many times with their staff for my ticket cancellation and they were very friendly at the beginning. One of your members Raju did the cancellation and reassured me that my tickets were canceled and can be refunded within 5 to 7 days.

I did follow up to check my refund status and they send me a quotation from the airline on September 22, with some charges, but I agreed just to get my money back.

Even today that I'm writing my review I haven't receive anything and now I'm getting some repeated emails direct from the computer.

When I checked with the airline, they told me that the PNR number I have from the agency is fake and doesn't exist with them.

Something suspicious is going on here and don't believe any promirse I hear from them anymore.

I have requested to contact your manager or supervisor and the staff was very rude, she shouted at me 'not allowed to talk to manager' and she hang up the call.

I am repeating this is the worst agency to deal with. Big group of liars.

If they read this review I am repeating again I need a call from their manager to solve this issue as it was promised to me on the email I received on September 22.

From 175 days they are not refunding my money after I cancelled my ticket. I confirmed from Airline, they said we did not receive any request from ClearTrip for refund.
Worst Customer Support ever.

There must be a way to go to consumer court. Please respond if you have any details regarding the same

I have been calling their contact centre and been checking online on how to get in touch with this people, even call their India number almost everyday to get my refund. My flight is supposed to be today but cancelled by airline due to covid.

I am still waiting for a response from Cleartrip, the trip was cancelled in March, it is SEPTEMBER next week!
As I said in my last post customer service is non -existent ! Are you even still in business? Or still taking money from innocent people for future trips, what about all the people still waiting for refunds who cant afford to buy one????!!!!

DO NOT BUY A TICKET from cleartrip. They are totally HOPELESS in every way.

This is the worstest of the worst travel agency i have encountered. I have cancelled my flights due to the recent pandemic COVID-19. I cancelled my flight 1 month prior to my travel date and yet they processed my cancellation after my travel date and magic happens, i didn't get any amount, zero, nada. If there is an option for negative start i will give this S-8*t the highest negative score. Congratulations Cleartrip for destroying your reputation. You've lost another (supposed to be) loyal customer.

I was going to fly from UAE on the 27th of March. Due to the outbreak of Corona virus the flights had been been cancelled. I tried my level best to reach cleartrip with all possible means. By calling them , sending emails etc. I even contacted them on twitter and Instagram. However, twitter replied me back and asked me for my Id and flight details but they didn't responded to it later on. Finally I had to cancel my flight on the day i was supposed to fly to my home country. The only automatic generated response that i got after cancelling my flight on their app was that they will refund us within 60 days. Althought the flight that l booked my ticket from was PIA and they were giving a full refund to all their customers who bought the tickets from them. I am extremely raged and mentally upset towards their disloyalty. They should be ashamed of themselves by not refunding money to their customers and fooling them by not responding to their queries.I wish that they suffer a great loss and never be able to continue their work in future if they didn't refund everyone's money.
