Very bad experience. Donot consider cleartrip for your air ticketing. If any incidents happens , they are completely unaware to support the client . Instead they ask us to followup with the concerned air company . Any normal travel agencies can do better than cleartrip

I got refund confirmation from cleartrip.ae on 19th May 2023. Today is 09 Aug 2023 havent got any refund yet. Their email dosent work. Their login dosent work, and when I call them they said it will be done soon. They owe me about AED4,500 but still waiting for them to transfer funds... They are bogus company. I wish I can give them zero rating

I have been booking flight tickets thru cleartrip website since many years and was quote satisfied by their service. BUT, my latest experience has been so bad, it is the last time i will ever use their service.
I had booked a return ticket in May 2023 for travelling in July 2023 from Dubai to Kochi via Abu Dhabi thru cleartrip.ae. I even received valid tickets by email.
On 12th June 2023 I contacted the airline to check the baggage allowance and TO MY HORROR, the airline informed me that my booking does not exist. They informed me that cleartrip booked my ticket using some wrong airline code and so my booking was cancelled by the airline's system. Now, neither Cleartrip nor the airline bothered to inform me that my booking has been cancelled. Don't they have any responsibility to inform me???
What if i had gone to the airport to check-in and found that i did not have a booking??
I trusted cleartrip and paid for the ticket. But instead of accepting their mistake & returning my money, Cleartrip shamelessly says that they will give me a full refund, BUT it will be done only within 90 working days & that they dont have any further responsibility!!!. Shameless people.
Now it has been so many days & i am still waiting for my refund. I am also forced to book another ticket at a much higher cost. All because i trusted cleartrip. I need my money to book another ticket!!!
To avoid such issues its better to book tickets directly from the airlines website.
Now imagine if you are travelling with family and suddenly you are told that your tickets don't exist and when you contact cleartrip, they will say that refunds will be made only in 90 working days !!!!! What will you do?? Can everybody afford to book another set of tickets before getting the refund?? SO Beware before you book with cleartrip. Such a shame.

Pls note: If you have already booked your ticket using cleartrip website, then please check with the airline if your ticket is valid. Dont just TRUST the ticket sent by cleartrip.

Very bad customer service, they dont get back to client and close the phone even they dont bother to call client if line disconnected or so ever in addition to there high charges if u need to do any changes and dont have sympathy of service at all , recommend to pay more and reserve ur ticket direct feom airline

I have used this service 3 times. Different years and seasons. I have never faced any issue with them only recently. I am from Dubai and wanted to book a flight and it was Saturday which is weekend for the company office in Dubai. So i did used the app and booked and when payed the amount was deducted but received a message said payment attempted failed and the money will be credited back within a week. The flight was on Monday morning which was a shock. I cant call the office they are off. The customer care link is down. I panicked. I went to their twitter account and they responded to me and sorted everything out within 4 hours. When i woke up on Sunday, i found the booking confirmation with PNR were emailed to me and 3 missed call from them and one was from their Dubai office which was amazing. They just wanted to check on me if everything’s was ok. They are amazing.

They are running a fraud with the name of EzCancel. My return flight has been rescheduled by the Airline. Travel date is 1st April 2023. As the rescheduled flight is not feasible for us to travel due to less layover time in Mumbai airport, hence I cancelled the ticket. Now Clear trip customer service is misguiding me completely. They are claiming that you will get 0 AED refund as the airline has declined our offer and sometimes, they are also saying that you have already travelled one way, that's why EzCancel is not applicable. They did not justify where the word virtual flight is mentioned on the clear trip portal in the terms and condition section.

In the terms and condition, it's clearly mentioned, 72 hrs before the departure of the flight, ticket can be cancelled and its fully refundable and also, it's mentioned that it's applicable for return ticket or partial ticket in case of round trip. Nowhere virtual flight is mentioned.

So, it seems that clear trip and Air India looted around 2000 AED hard earned money from my pocket. Never ever book through clear trip site. Also, Air India flight services has become very poor now a days. Don't fly with them. Please boycott both of them. Honestly, I wanted to give them 0 star or negative rating.

no matter how you try to approach them, call, email, there is no body cares !
i hope they will face court case soon, how they treat the customer is unacceptable.

Cancel the ticket, it shows amount AED 143 for refund, and cancelled 1 month ago.. still money not credit into my account or cleartip wallet. already airline refund the amount.. but cheat cleartip not refund the amount.

Many times sent mail and call the Dubai customer care.. and they have template answer within 48 hours money get refunded.. always said same answers to everyone.

Dont book by cleartrip.. one of the worst service. they eat all our money.

Me and my wife booked a flight with baggage from Abu Dhabi to karachi with 30 kg baggage. When we reached to the airport for checkin, airport staff told us our tickets are without baggage. After a lot discussion here and there and suffering from inconvenience and humiliation we were asked to leave our baggage and travel without baggage. Since flight was overbooked, they did not have space to accommodate our baggage even after payment. We had to leave out things there in Pakistan and move without baggage. I called Etihad airlines and they told me ticket was booked through cleartrip so contact them. Cleartrip took my complaint, I have number for that complaint and I was contacted by an agent. He asked all the details and he said they will confirm this with etihad airlines and get back to me. Next moment, they closed complaint without resolving the complaint. Which kind of customer services we are talking here. We all know that without baggage tickets are cheaper than with baggage, and clearly Cleartrip is being unreasonable or Fraudulent with customers. Apart from main complaint, while booking the ticket as promotion I was supposed to get 120 AED as cleartrip wallet which I never received. Such a shame.

Bought tickets with flexible date - they issued me non refundable non flex flight. Call center is a scam in India. Agents intentionally try to drive you nuts. They disconnect phone call after hours of waiting.

This company is scam!! I booked a flight before Covid and the flight got canceled by the airline. I am still waiting for my refund and got informed that I will get only 10% of the initial ticket price refunded. This is not acceptable! I am even happy to receive a voucher, but not only 10% of the ticket price. I even talked to the airline and they assured that the ticket price will be fully refunded!
Also, during the past year, I have probably received 50+ emails telling me someone will contact me to resolve the issue. Nobody calls and if, the customer service is neither helpful nor supportive and makes up stories about the refund - always with the promise someone will call me back within 48h.

I had raised a complaint stating partial refund I can see again they had replied with wrong refund, your staff had wrongly hold Aed 1000 dhirams I got a reply stating i will get refund of aed 750 why you don't have quality team to review the payment and settlement again I have to call completed and wait for more months to get aed 250 refund. Ridiculous service from clear trip. I haven't received any update on Oman airways refund status every time we call they say we have taken complaint will revert back in 48 to 72 hours never call back nor respond to our complaints. It is really becoming vast service nowadays. We feel we should not get connected to clear trip anymore.

I need update on my balance refund and as well as pending ticket refund status and respond to get my money back.
If you people trying to cheat you will lose customers and nothing will be retained with you.

Traine your staff to check the actual issue they are just listening and not doing any thing and managers and supervisors never attend are discuss on issue. Overall pathetic experience with clear trip.

this company is scam. They deduct 90% of the ticket value as cancelation fee. Communication with agents is also a nightmare.
Avoid this company at any costs!!!!!

Since one week, No update about my refund request. As usual since one year getting system generated reply but No action as of now.

AVOID CLEARTRIP!!! Be cautious enough! THINK BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS FROM CLEARTRIP or IF YOU WANT STRESS FEEL FREE TO DO SO. Its been 9months still my refund on pending or they seems to be waiting for us to give up and just keep the money for there own!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! KEPT ON RECEIVING COPY PASTE AUTO REPLY MESSAGES THROUGH EMAIL!!!! CLEARTRIP IS A SCAM!!!!

Refunded less, but claiming to have refunded more. They are not even sorting this out even after producing the bank statement proof.

Clear Trip is scam. They didn't return my refund of $1,013. however i am still awaiting for my refund.
