Beaware Airasia! Thy operates as thieves

Beaware Airasia move, thy are stealing your money. A double booking happen, There was no way I could contact Airasia by phone, a machine called Bo was the only option. Airasia has dragged the case for more than 30 days, all my replys was given a new case number and finally the refund was cancelled due to double claim! In my app itinerary change pnr number and payment date, magi happen one flight was gone.(I have copy) iAnd there are no return of my double payments. Fraud! That is theft! case 207627220

Air Asia n'a pas pris en compte ma carte de crédit ... mais aen a inventé une autre mais en a inventé une autre

J'ai eu une interlocutrice de Flybeyond (Lisa) pour le remboursement de mon vol que j'ai annulé et qui était remboursable (turkish airline)
Mais AIRASIA avait mis une autre carte de crédit que la mienne lors de l'achat !
DONC TRUKISH m' a remboursé sur cette carte FAUSSE et Air Asia a gardé l'argent 450 dollars !
et Lisa ne répond plus ... bien sûr ils sont injoignables et leur chatbot BO est un imbécile

Pessima esperienza con BeOnd

Pessima esperienza con BeOnd! All'andata parte con un'ora in mezzo di ritardo, mancando la coincidenza con gli ultimi idrovolanti che volano sulle varie isole delle Maldive, che non possono volare al buio. Al ritorno ci cancellano il volo con solo qualche ora di preavviso. Se vogliono decollare, sono davvero sulla pista sbagliata!
Very bad experience with BeOnd! On the outward journey he leaves half an hour late, missing the connection with the last seaplanes flying to the various islands of the Maldives, which cannot fly in the dark. On the way back they canceled our flight with only a few hours' notice. If they want to take off, they are really on the wrong track!

I will not recommend to fly with BeOnd

I will not recommend to fly with BeOnd. Our flight was cancelled due to a technical fault. Fine. $hit happens. But waiting 3 weeks now for our refund and compensation, is terrible service. I have serious doubts I will see my money back. I feel cheated. ☹️

Absolutely the Worst

Absolutely the Worst! I booked the flight through the airline app on air Asia but the a typhoon canceled one leg and NO ONE will help me. Everyone points fingers and tells me to contact someone else but there’s actually no one to even contact. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE ever and I’m left in tears and stranded without a way to get home because no one will help!!

NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!!!

You cancelled my flight in 2020, and I have created 3 cases, and you closed them with no resolution. Now "Bo" does not recognize my booking number. I have called different numbers, but all of them sent me to "Bo" again. It is super frustrating.

I have been cheated by them after they…

I have been cheated by them after they made a mistake on making the booking where they typed my family name twice... It was a flight from France to Australia. They couldn't change it and I couldn't take the flight, they haven't been able to resolve the issue after days hours on their bad online service. Having at the end to cancel the flight they haven't reimbursed me a dime for the flight which costed me 2 000 Euros. Nobody to speak to on the phone to resolve this. No response to my emails. NOt even a partial reimbursement. Sooo unprofessional and a real cheat... Don't ever book flights through this website.

What the hell is going on?

I booked through the AirAsia website which somehow redirected to flybeyond.airasia.com. This is apparently run by kiwi.com, AirAsia have told me to deal with kiwi.com but my air Asia details don't appear on the kiwi site or on the AirAsia.com site but they do appear on the flybeyond.airasia.com site, if I try the support pages it redirects to kiwi.com and says I have no bookings so can't get support, the whole thing's an absolute joke. If I could cancel I would.

REFUND? Read this:

To anyone needing a refund, just know I managed to get a refund. Here is how:

Request the refund writing to airasiasupport*at*airasia.com and claims*at*kiwi.com

Note, replace *at* with the @
I was not able to get the refund at the beginning, so I write to the Civil Aviation Board of the Philippines, since I was traveling within the Philippines. Do the same, write to the CAB and keep them in copy with all the e-mails you exchange with airasia. They will eventually have to refund, it is your right. Note, the refund will be given in kiwi credits.

Refund issue like everyone, they seem to employ inadequate staff, you ask a question that they cannot answer, they disconnect the chat. This is the worst company to deal with. Thank god I purchased through my credit card, chargeback in process.

Booked a return flight with Lion Air…

Booked a return flight with Lion Air through AirAsia which was confirmed. About a month later I was told that both flights were canceled. I therefore requested a refund and I booked elsewhere. Six months later I was still waiting for my refund and despite many emails reassuring me that the refund was coming it never came.
Now they are not responding to any of my requests at all.
Can’t believe that AirAsia would be a part of this scam!

Scam

I bought a Malaysian airlines flight ticket kuala Lumpur to kuching on airasia website and in the confirmation mail there was written checked baggage included. Otherwise just before deparing at the Malaysian airline desk the assistant show us that in our reservation there is 0 checked baggage. So I have to book again another checked baggager. I ask the refund to the airasia support but they respond it is my fault... even if I have their document written by them!! They just close the case...
Terrible customer support. Probably just a scam, absolutely to avoide.

I call it robbery

I booked 6 months in advance a couple of flights to be back in Singapore on August 5, for 1200€ - Not took FLEX option because I was not flexible and MUST be in Singapore on the 5th. Be aware that they are changing departure/arrival schedule all the time (3 times already in 1.5 month, and till 4 months to go...), until it does not work anymore for your schedule: they propose an arrival on the 6th and call it a 'minor change' (but if I wanted to arrive on the 6th, I would have booked for the 6th, right ?) - And then ? I lost 1200€ ! because I didn't pay to give THEM flexibility.
