Great addition to our website. So.etine there ate so.e issues with integration, but the customer service response and results are excellent. I highly recommend Clearsale.

Good service and appears to have curbed our fraudulent sales, which is exactly what we needed. Main criticism is the app. Not easy to use, and often functions do not work such as invoices. Also everything is shown in $US regardless of which country you are trading in.

I would also like to see the speeding up of approvals. Currently some take a few hours, others 12 hours. If we receive an order around Midday, it can often not clear until later that night.

So far so good in general, once the app is sorted this will be much better.

We have some sales that don't make it to analysis and I have to email the customer service line. But they usually get back to me within a day or two with approval or denial.
Asides from that their great. I just wish we would solve the issue so I don't have to micromanage each sale.
Also, they bill in USD, which would have been great to know prior to signing up.

I changed from a well-known competitor to ClearSale because they were recommended to me. I've recommended them to others in turn, because ClearSale's service has been an important part of my business. I'm now paying less and getting better service.

The only small downside I can think of is that I've had at least one order that didn't get a guarantee, not because ClearSale thought it was fraudulent, but just because they couldn't reach the customer by phone. I was able to reach & verify them myself by email, and haven't had a charge back (it's been over 6 months now). So: in the end you are the one who makes the decisions, but ClearSale sure makes things easier for you.

ClearSale has been a lifesaver for my business and saved me so much money. I love the layer of security they add with their fraud protection research. I can focus on growing my business and taking care of customers with peace of mind knowing they will check out every order to make sure it's legit before I fill it. They are very hands-on and manually research every order, even making phones calls if needed. It's reassuring knowing I have real people working with me and not just an automated system. I was able to turn off AVS with my credit card processor, putting an end to large number of false declines without any increase in fraudulent transactions. Higher conversion rates & happier customers!

I love clearsale. I’m always hesitant to accept my orders that come in until I get the okay from ClearSale.

ClearSale has better rates than competitors and puts forth personal effort to ensure legitimate sales get through rather than automated responses. I haven’t had many sales yet but they have been good support and respond timely to questions.
