Great job, very clean carpets in two bedrooms and two staircases. Amazed that they managed to remove all the stains, but they did and the carpets look brand new.

Found this cleaning company really easy to deal with - I had great and clear communication via email beforehand and they were very understanding when I was running late to let the cleaners in on the day. The cleaners themselves were fantastic - I booked an end of tenancy clean and I don't think the flat has ever looked cleaner. Will be using them again in the future.

DO NOT USE!

Arranged an end of tenancy clean which the cleaner turned up 30 mins late and performed at a poor level with numerous areas missed even though it was a small 2 bed flat. These were picked up on the inventory report and while they offered to come back and rectify these, it was obviously too late as the landlord has already hired a different cleaner to fix the issues. They have now refused to compensate me as they have a strict no refund policy, which is against the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - BEWARE BEFORE USING!

I contacted them for a mattress and office chair cleaning. It was a bit full of dust after home renovation work. They asked for some images and care instructions to make sure what they solution is suitable especially with an unknown office chair. They came on time, and finished everything very quickly. I am very satisfied with the service provided.
