I’ve used Kiril’s company for over 5 years to provide an end of tenancy cleaning service for three studio flats and I would not hesitate to recommend Premium Clean for all your cleaning requirements.

I Highly recommend them! I Booked them for end of tenancy cleaning. Temi and Raya arrived on time, were super nice and professional but most importantly they cleaned up the flat spotlessly clean!!! I was so so impressed and so was my landlord. I had my flat inspection next day and received my deposit immediately that same day!
Couldn’t be more happy with their service and quality.

Wow - this team go above and beyond. I had a two bedroom flat cleaned, with carpet cleaning and a patio wash. The cleaning was amazing. The team took the initiative to do things I didn't even think of, and even fixed a broken bracket under my sink. The patio drainage was blocked (unbeknownst to me) and the team used their carpet cleaning equipment to clear the water instead. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for an exceptional service.

Initially missed some things initially like (slight) under bed hoovering in one bedroom and one drawer not being emptied (out of 10+).
Charged extra for “bad condition” despite rectification and also for rescheduling.
HOWEVER, after an initial online review, they refunded half of the total extra fees, and in fairness they were happy to come back to clean the outstanding parts but my landlord wasn’t available.

Overall, they were passable and despite the initial issues, I would consider them again. In my experience, they were not bad, but not great, although relatively cheap - I’d recommend not ruling them out.

Having read all the great reviews on this company and given that I'm a regular user and reviewer on TrustPilot, I was keen to discuss and book them for end of tenancy cleaning + carpet cleaning. I called them on Monday 23rd September, it went to voicemail, I was asked to leave my details, Its now Thursday 26th and as I hadn't heard I called again, still going to voicemail? I've left my details again and sent an email.I'm a little disappointed with the customer service, their teams have obviously done their jobs well. I concerned as I need to get this book in for October asap. Have they stopped taking bookings? has anyone else had the same experience? If I get a response I will update you.
They responded just before 2.30 today asking me to fill in their form and send photos etc. However by that time I had already had phone conversations with other companies and confirmed booking for EOT and carpet cleaning. I have upgraded to 5 stars because they did respond, be it too late!

The cleaners did a great job when we were moving house and wanted the new place cleaned before we moved in. Three ladies carried out a very thorough end of tenancy clean and worked miracles on the dirty ovens. We also had the carpets cleaned at the same time - the guys were professional, polite and hardworking. I highly recommend this company. I have used some of the big commercial cleaning companies before and had a really bad experience of cleaners being late / lazy / cutting corners - never again!!

Needed carpets cleaned at sort notice and they were able to fit us in. Cleaner was very quick and professional.
