professional communication on visit with follow up comms. shocked by state tenant had left mattress following not using a mattress protector - entire thing was stained yellow! had tried using household products / wipes but no success.
after 2-3 days post treatment - bed is now disinfected and can hopefully be reused!

Reliable and thorough service!
I was really pleased with my experience with Cleaner Cleaner. After days unsuccessfully chasing up another mattress cleaning company that was more local (guess they don't want the business?), I requested a quote with Cleaner Cleaner, whose website was well-strutted and informative. They were keen to provide, and kindly tolerated me as I struggled to balance my schedule and find a date that worked. The service itself was quick and simple and I was really impressed with the end result. The mattresses didn't dry quite as fast as I had expected but fast enough to stay clean and fresh-smelling and that's all I care about. Cheers!

Excellent service. On time, fast and efficient without compromising on the quality of the work. Great customer service from both admin staff (who were very responsive) and the person who arrived to clean my mattress and my carpet. He was professional and had attention to detail and care for the property. I will definitely be using you again on a regular basis.

Impeccable Clean
The service was excellent, cleaners were thorough, considerate and attentive, the flat was in a perfect condition when they were done! Particularly amazed by the job they did on the interior of the oven: Never seen it look so clean, it looked brand new! Major thanks to Nima and her team, they did an excellent job, would definitely use their services again.

Scam company
Company only accepts cash and tells you day of, I was cornered by the three cleaners demanding I pay 40£ for their parking( it was a one bedroom flat I’m not sure why they needed 2 vans for it) then after they started they said they had have to revise the quote and asked for an additional 120£ (380£ total now) plus 40£ parking. Absolutely a group of thieves and ordered them to leave my flat after this obvious scam.

We did offer to cancel the booking without any fees if you were not comfortable with the revised quote, as transparency is important to us.
Regarding the payment method, we provided detailed instructions on how our service works, including the three available payment options. You opted to pay in cash, which is one of the methods we offer.
