Claybrook Studio Recenzje

Fantastic company, great quality tiles at a great price, once ordered they arrive in less than a week and you can return boxes you don't use within 60 days. Believe me I've looked at a lot of tile companies and I think this is the best.

We could have got these tiles from a number of suppliers but Claybrook had the best (equal) price and free delivery. What's more the tiles arrived in quick order. Many thanks!

Fantastic tiles and a brilliant service. We had a very tight deadline and the team moved various things in order to ensure we got our tiles on time. Fantastic all round.

I have been thoroughly impressed with Claybrooks customer service. I ordered samples that I needed super quick and they made sure they were sent immediately. I then ordered the tiles without realising the delivery time, and on speaking to them again they were very helpful and expedited the delivery, so they arrived on time. Such quick response times, and incidentally the tiles look beautiful!

Have visited their showroom and also ordered samples from them, the experience has been awesome and eventually used their tiles for a hallway and kitchen project. Customer service has been great and they helped arranging a delivery in the morning for an extra fee - and they arrived on time. Would highly recommend.

I've been waiting for a specific tile to come back in stock with Claybrook, and Alice F from customer service has been brilliant throughout the process. Her communication has been excellent, keeping me updated regularly. Very helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to receiving the product and seeing the finished result in my ensuite!

I really struggled to find colourful tiles until I came across Claybrook. The beautiful and well priced tiles have made my bathrooms places of joy! The customer service was first rate and the staff were patient and helpful throughout.

Absolutely outstanding service highly recommended thank you

The team at Claybrook has been amazing in helping our choices and very supportive and accommodating with the payment and logistics.

I bought East Haven marble tiles, and they arrived quickly in secure packaging. The quality is outstanding, and the instructions on their website were clear and easy to follow.

Thank you for excellent service. It was speedy, very well protected and just what I needed. L Walker.

The tiles are amazing quality and reasonably priced compared to other retailers.
I really appreciate the free samples to help with colour selection since I was spoilt for choice with the range available.
My order arrived really promptly and in perfect condition.
I will definitely return to claybrook for any future tiling projects and have already reccommended to family and friends.

I am so happy with the exceptional quality of the tiles, incredible customer service and overall fantastic experience. I can't wait to collaborate with Claybrook Studio in the future projects. Highly recommend.

Great product at competitive price. Fast delivery and easy to deal with

High quality tiles, good price, very quick and free! delivery. Excellent customer service, very good communication. I highly recommend this company. Thank you 😊

We really like the lovely bathroom fittings and tiles we bought from Claybrook Studio recently, but less so their attitude to helping when one of those products was defective.
We ordered a sink basin unit (for £400), which arrived with metal scratch marks off the pallet. First CS advised that we tried a plumbers rubber, which we did (for £10) with no effect. Then they offered us an exchange with another ex-display unit which also had two defects.
Rather than choose between which of the two defective basins we'd like to pay full price for, I requested some money off to keep the one we had. They offered £80, or a new sink when they're back in stock in 3-4 weeks.

This is a reasonable response, but we're paying bathroom fitters by the day, and the cost of swapping the sink in a months time will be another £200, that we don't want to pay on top of an already expensive unit.

Their fittings are beautiful, but if somebody had checked this pre-postage, we wouldn't now be choosing between replaying to have a new sink fitted an a defective sink. We are left feeling disappointed.

A very good company with nice products at reasonable prices. All agents are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Delivery was swift and information forthcoming. I would use Claybrook again and would recommend them with no hesitation.

I took up the offer of asking for sample tiles - I ordered 3 and these were delivered, free of charge, with a couple of days. They were exactly what I wanted so placed my order. Even though my order was for inexpensive tiles -and not many of them- it was dealt with promptly and with no extra delivery costs. All contact with the company was with friendly staff - which is always appreciated!

Emma at Claybrook was incredibly helpful. Excellent advice and customer service second to none.
The tiles are beautiful - really thrilled.
Thank you Claybrook!

From start to finish dealing with Claybrook has been an absolute dream, in particular Carly who has virtually held my hand along the way, I’ve done 2 bathrooms and a slash back in the kitchen. The tiles are fabulous, not just your average tile and pretty competitively priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claybrook in fact we are starting a hair salon soon and will be using not only the tiles but the paint to!
