Very good communication, quick delivery and amazingly priced very cheap, I bought a few skylight window blinds they fit perfectly and very easy to fit, one of the blinds wasn't closing properly, I emailed these guys and without any questions they sent a new blind out next day, I would highly recommend these you won't be disappointed

I needed to replace an old blind in my Son’s room and quickly as the lighter mornings heading into summer aren’t ideal when you have a kid who decides the sun’s up and therefor so is he. I spoke to a lady on the phone who was very helpful, she located my order and offered to send it out ASAP
The blind is of good quality and it was easy to install. I’m glad to say we’re all sleeping much better now.

Excellent service as always

This is an update of a review made at the end of April in which I reported problems that I had encountered with a'Velux' opening pole that I bought from 'Classic Roof Blinds'. The company responded immediately and as helpfully as possible. A replacement has been received and advice to avoid similar difficulties given.

The reason why has it taken three weeks for me to update my comments is that the courier service by 'Fedex' was utterly appalling - repeatedly trying to deliver to the wrong premises (not even the correct postcode)! This frustrated 'CRB' as much as me, who sent a third pole via 'DPD' (who gave excellent service). Meanwhile, the second pole is, allegedly, on its way back. Good luck with that!

My thanks go to 'CRB' for the response, the prompt and helpful dialogue throughout and for the attention to customer service.

From ordering samples to getting the right size blinds was all made simple. Delivery was quick and items as described. Putting them up was also easy once you watched site video and read instructions. I would highly recommend this company

Everything about this process was simple.
Easy to buy the correct blinds, they came when they said they would. Good price. They were easy to install and look great
