Ordered blind remote which was promptly dispatched. However on receipt it was found to be faulty, wouldn't even turn on. Rang Ukblinds for advice and they were polite and was emailed back later instructing to return item at my own expense as they don't do return labels. So no real returbs service ut seems in place. Anyway I did this 3 weeks ago ( using royal mail recorded delivery signed for service ) nothing heard since . No refund no comment . So not only have we paid for a faulty product, but paid to return it too. Since bought another on ebay which works fine. We for one won't use Ukblinds again.

Good product and price fits perfectly

UK Blinds provide a quality product with great choice of options compared to others we looked at. They had the exact colour we wanted. Ordering was a breeze, their website was clear and easy to navigate. I gave exact measurements and that is exactly what arrived. Fitting also could not have been more simple.
One of the few companies who also offer a roller blind that retracts into a cassette which not only helps keep the blind clean but gives the whole thing a more finished neat and classy look.
Communication was first class too keeping me informed as to delivery which again was spot on.
We will definitely be ordering from UKBlinds online again.

We had an excellent experience with UK Blinds when ordering blinds for our garden room. The level of service was exceptional!

After placing our initial order, they contacted us to double-check our choice of hardware colour. We had selected white, but they had reviewed the photos we submitted and noticed it might not match the dark grey features in the space. Taking the time to flag this and confirm our preference was incredibly helpful and showed real attention to detail. We changed to anthracite in the end, and it matches perfectly - we’re so glad they checked.

Once everything was confirmed, the order was processed quickly and delivery was very fast. The quality of the blinds is excellent and we’re absolutely delighted with how they look.
