I have a right shoulder injury and my dominant arm is hanging helplessly in a sling.
As a result, I unfortunately is forced to type with my left hand and accidentally ticked a few boxes erroneously whilst ordering.
I only want 1 by Car X external Txnid: 319583 @ $19.95 and I realised I ticked the box again, ordering 3 more totalling $89.85.
Kindly refund the $69.90 as I only need one for my car. I have no need for 4 car chargers.
Secondly, I somehow ordered 3x Hyper Charge Pro (US plug) - external Txnid 319584 instead of ONE ONLY @ $27. 65 each, totalling $82.95.

questionable and misleading practices: website is confusing and choices are defaulted, leading to mis-charges. I tried to purchase a product in Sept 2025, I ended getting 3 orders of the same product and a monthly membership. I did not know about the monthly membership service until I noticed 3 $49.99 charges to my credit card. I was able to get 2 charges refunded but not the 3rd one. I was told that I could get a refund on the products but I had to fight to get this and i returned the 3 products in Oct 2025 with hefty shipping charges [to China] - however, I still have not received my refund. I get polite but unsatisfied responses from customer service. this company has questionable and misleading practices. beware if you plan too purchase from them.

Zero stars not an option. I ordered a Fitbit like watch not realizing I would be signing up for a monthly fee. I have never used this, and will never use it. I have emailed, called, contacted via website and been assured the charges would stop. They have NOT stopped. I am at a loss as to how to make the charges stop. Thieves and criminals.

To CHINA for refund?? Could not afford to mail it back on my ss benefits. They gave me a very small credit compared to paying nearly $90 for this piece of junk from China. Back last summer I ordered three phone chargers. In doing this I did not realize I had started a membership with this company charging me $29.99 each month for 6 months. I never received emails offering “cheaper products.” I emailed Emma of Clario and canceled this membership and asked for a refund on the membership. She wrote back and said, “what I can do for you is offer a 50% courtesy refund on your amount, and it will reflect in your account in just a short 7-10 days.” I was expecting $89.97 to be credited on my credit card. Never got it. I have I emailed them 10 times about this. They don’t do what they offer.

The power quick charge 3.0 is great- It does everything they promised it would. More importantly however, is the excellent customer service I received. I mistakenly signed up for a service that was not going to work for me and Emma in customer service took great care of me and was quick in her replies.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my experience with a company that I believe is engaging in misleading practices. I recently purchased a fast charger after being enticed by a marketing video that claimed it charged phones in seconds and was suitable for all smartphones. They also made promises about repairing phones after updates, suggesting that the charger could counteract slowdowns caused by companies like Apple.
However, upon receiving the charger, I found it to be nothing more than a basic, inexpensive model that did not deliver on its promises. It failed to charge my phone quickly, in fact, it took even longer than a regular charger. When I reached out to the company for support, I was met with disappointing customer service. They offered a refund only if I covered the shipping costs to return the product, to ship to China, which on also concerning as to advertise the day based in the US, and that's the reason why I shop there in the first place, just to find out, that was a lie which is absurd given their faulty claims.
The company's proposed solution was to provide a 30% refund if I kept the faulty charger, which is hardly acceptable as I could have purchased a better charger at a more reasonable price elsewhere. It is disheartening to see such companies exploiting consumers, particularly those of us in North America.
I also noticed numerous glowing reviews about this company, leading me to question the authenticity of those testimonials. It raises concerns about the integrity of their marketing strategies.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that we can warn others about the company's questionable practices. Thank you for considering my experience.

We had to cancel her current credit card to ensure they quit the subscription.
Avoid them like the plague. I don’t see why any credit card companies or banks even accept charges from these bottomfeeders. Absolutely shameful.

I awarded one star because there is not an option to award zero. This company is a total scam. Do not buy anything from them. When you click on an option, they have pre-chosen several other options, which includes a ‘subscription’ to their site. You get no opportunity to review your order before committal and they do not cancel within an hour as they promise. Utter scammers. I returned the extra goods via a tracked parcel. No refund. These people are vile. I work hard for my money; I’d rather spend it with ethical traders.
Terrible customer service unwilling to cancel order before it was shipped
When I reviewed the safe key product I ordered from Clario Home and I realized it was not a quality item. I asked their customer service to stop the order immediately and refund all of my money on the day of the order. Their customer service waited on purpose several days to respond until the order was shipped and now refuse to work with me. In my opnion this is a company and a line of products I suggest you avoid.
