phone charger useless
I ordered a phone charger, it turned up in 10 days in Australia which was great. But the plug pins are parallel which must be for US or UK. Totally useless.
CLARIO HOME's MISLEADING REFUND POLICY & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been in regular contact with one Emma about a duplicated order that I immediately cancelled when I realised I saw the amount that was debited from my bank account. Emma informed me that I have to wait until I receive my order as she can't cancel it and then returned it for a FULL REFUND. I was given an address in China to return the unwanted items. I paid postage, re-packed the items in a sturdy box (I received the order in a flimsy bubble wrap envelope). For more than four months I had to chase up the refund from Emma, just to get the continuous same reply my returned parcel is still in transit. Six to seven months later, the parcel arrived on my doorstep with a note from the Chinese postal service that read: NOT COLLECTED. I immediately contacted Emma once again who informed me that the Chinese customs did not want to release the parcel. LIE!! The note on the returned parcel clearly stated NOT COLLECTED. Emma then informed me that they are prepared to refund me 50% of the amount I paid and I can keep the unwanted goods.I enquired about the postage I paid for delivery and the postage I paid to return the parcel to China. She didn't acknowledge my request to be refunded for postage and delivery fees and confirmed that my refund for $123.00USD is processed and will reflect in my bank account within 7-10 days. After 14 days, I emailed Emma once more to enquire about my refund that I have not received. She replied via email that CLARIO HOME is experiencing REFUND SERVICE PROVIDER ISSUES (??) & that's she's on top of it and will keep me updated. Needless to say, I have not yet received my refund and Emma is now NOT replying to any of my email messages. The WORST company to deal with and they mislead customers with their refund policy. Clario Home, I demand my refund and do not want to hear anymore excuses from you. I would have given zero stars, but that option is not available at all on Trustpilot.

I somehow ordered more product from KNT labs than I intended due to a cellphone glitch. The company was very understanding about my issue, especially with my being a senior citiizen in The States. Emma and her management team were able to sort out the issue and issue the appropriate refund. They did exactly what they said they would do and in the end I am very pleased with the customer service I received and especially with their speedy response!!
Watch Out for that "free" VIP Membership - It isn't Free
At checkout I was signed up for a vip membership. The receipt read "Free" - apparently only one month was "free." Thereafter, my credit card was charged $49.99 per month. I received no receipt or notice. Once I discovered the charge, I had to fight to stop the charges. Emma was always very polite, though she had no real power to make changes on her own. She was always polite.

I have a right shoulder injury and my dominant arm is hanging helplessly in a sling.
As a result, I unfortunately is forced to type with my left hand and accidentally ticked a few boxes erroneously whilst ordering.
I only want 1 by Car X external Txnid: 319583 @ $19.95 and I realised I ticked the box again, ordering 3 more totalling $89.85.
Kindly refund the $69.90 as I only need one for my car. I have no need for 4 car chargers.
Secondly, I somehow ordered 3x Hyper Charge Pro (US plug) - external Txnid 319584 instead of ONE ONLY @ $27. 65 each, totalling $82.95.
Kindly refund me $55.30 as I only need ONE Hyper Charge Plug.
Then I noticed I ordered another 3x Hyper Charge Pro (US plug)- external Txnid 319600 @ $24.95 each, totalling $74.85.
Kindly refund me the total amount of $74.85 as I have no idea how this order was put through by me.

I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED THE UNWANTED GOODS IN JULY 2025 & EMMA FROM CUSTOMER CARE KEEPS ON SENDING ME COMPUTER GENERATED MESSAGES THAT MY PARCEL IS STILL IN TRANSIT AND HAVE NOT REACHED THEIR WAREHOUSE YET.
That is unheard of and I cannot get the contact information for a manager at Clario Home to query a returned parcel 7-months ago and no luck on a refund. Please help with contact details for management.

questionable and misleading practices: website is confusing and choices are defaulted, leading to mis-charges. I tried to purchase a product in Sept 2025, I ended getting 3 orders of the same product and a monthly membership. I did not know about the monthly membership service until I noticed 3 $49.99 charges to my credit card. I was able to get 2 charges refunded but not the 3rd one. I was told that I could get a refund on the products but I had to fight to get this and i returned the 3 products in Oct 2025 with hefty shipping charges [to China] - however, I still have not received my refund. I get polite but unsatisfied responses from customer service. this company has questionable and misleading practices. beware if you plan too purchase from them.
