This company seems to be all over the place. I ordered from an online add, that said Boston, my billing on my credit r dit card said Georgia, the package was shipped from Florida. I wanted to return the dress because it didn't fit, they will give me 15% off the $59.95 I was billed or I can return the dress to China!!! What a low class way to do business. Good way to make money

Zero stars -China not Boston based! - They are NOT Boston based. Do not do business with this bait and switch fraudulent company. Images on social media pages are AI generated. Quality of material and huge discrepancy in sizes. They do not give you a full credit back or return to USA address. Offered 6% credit back or option is mail back to China and wait a long time for credit back (if you ever get a refund). One dress is a large and I ordered a small. No tags in the clothing, no sizes, no brand name. Dresses do not look like the website photos. Not worth prices.

Tracking tells us our goods have been delivered weeks ago but nothing and no response from them.

This company is a total scam. They advertise as if the company is located in Boston but in reality everything is shipping from China. The dress I ordered looked nothing like the picture…poor quality, cheap material, no labels at all with company name, size or care instructions. Offered me 6% in lieu of returning. For $59.95 that equates to $3.59! Absolutely ridiculous!

Poor quality they sent a dress that was torn but really wasn’t sown!
The return costs half of what the dress cost.
They reported their address was in Boston

Do not trust this site! As well as having terrible reviews all the way around I personally did not check for the reviews before I ordered a pair of booties that looked adorable on their site. They came to be a size too big the color was off. They were advertised as genuine suede.They were not suade, they were fake and terrible fake. Even though they advertise free returns there’s nothing free about a return to China that cost $300 ups! They advertise as a $9.95 return fee, ha!
So I was scammed out of $75, honestly I can’t even sell them online with a clear conscience. But at least I get to warn you guys out there; do not use this company, nasty! They say they’re a small family run business. I am sure they are working out of huge sweat shops in China! BEWARE!

If I could give this scam artist a zero I would! Ordered a jumpsuit, not as advertised, and so big it could cover Europe! They discouraged me on several occasions from returning the order claims too expensive and offered a 70% refund that never appeared in my bank. I followed up and the email no longer exists. I contacted my bank who managed to get my money back. So if you are in the same situation get in touch with your bank.

I wanted to buy Canadian, and the Clare and Kate website posted their address in Toronto. I ordered two tote bags which, from the website description and pictures, were supposed to be of top quality, hand-quilted and hand-embroidered. When the tracking came, I realized that the bags were coming from China. When the package finally arrived, I was more than shocked to discover two very cheap polyester bags hastily and flimsily machine-sewn together, just fit for grocery shopping. I claimed a full refund but they just reimbursed 30%. I was furious to have fallen into the scam trap in spite of my usual vigilance. A costly lesson to stay away from unknown vendors!

This looks like an American (Boston) company, BUT IT IS NOT!! Shipping straight out of China with extreme wait times for delivery. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks, if it doesn’t show up in a day or 2, I will dispute the charge on my Am Ex and never order from here again!!

After arguing with them repeatedly got offered a 70 per cent refund which was promised to be sent straight away and guess what still haven’t received it these people are disgusting trading standards should be looking into this as they are selling the same rubbish under different names

An absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The product bore absolutely no resemblance to the images - cheap material, plastic buckles, terrible cut. I might as well have put my £35.00 straight into the bin - that's where the dungarees have ended up. My email complaint bounced back. You will not receive a refund if you do not like your product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

TOTAL SCAM, material terrible, irritated my skin, and I need to treat my skin for a month to healed didn't provide me a return address, sizes were not as described. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMER. YOU WILL ONLY LOSE YOUR MONEY AND NOT EVEN GET POOR QUALITY, EVEN LESS THAN POOR

I would give them less stars if I could purchased 2 pairs of dungarees took about 3 weeks to come as The fabric was a polyester see through and a million miles of the pictures on line I contacted them to ask for a returns address 2 months later countless emails and being fobbed off I contacted my bank and asked for a chargeback on my debit card suddenly they wanted to cooperate offered me to keep the goods and order more to the value for free which I declined then they offered me 40% refund again declined the bank got me my money back the same day. I would highly recommend contacting your bank if you don't get your money back

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes which I didn’t like on receipt. Battled with this shocking company to get a return address. Refused their delaying tactics to offer a part refund and keep the products.
I wish I hadn’t refused it now, I duly returned both pairs of shoes tracked by Royal Mail to an odd address in China, sent proof of tracking and then followed a web of lies as my refund did not appear.
Then as I prompted again their email
Support@Clare and Kate suddenly does not exist. I don’t have the shoes worth £80 and it cost me £33 to post them.
So angry at them and angry with myself. Disgusting behaviour

SCAM. Item purchased nothing like shown on website. So thin you can see through it. Quality disgusting. Have been trying to get refund for a month. No replies from Customer support.

I ordered 2 pairs of dungarees. When they arrived, after several weeks, they were extremely poor quality and I found the same items on Temu for a third of the price. On emailing them, they said I could return the items, at my own cost, to their warehouse in Central Asia. After numerous emails, they sent me a so-called store credit note to spend on their website but I cannot now reach their website or their Facebook page. Complete scam, DO NOT use them. I should have read the reviews before ordering but the website looked great. I suspect their customer support is pure AI.

Very disappointing purchase. The shirt looks nothing like the description – the stripes are printed rather than woven and the print quality is poor and pixelated. The fabric is incredibly thin and feels very cheap. The advertising suggests a classic, high-quality shirt, but the product falls well short of those expectations.

Took almost a month to arrive and the product received is nothing short of cheap .They don’t accept returns due to the custom charges but this isn’t something I would wear so it’s a total waste!
I was speaking to someone regarding options of part refund (which is what they seem to offer) and now the email doesn’t deliver to the address provided!
