Do not buy off this site - Show photographs of beautiful Knitted jumpers and when you get them they aren't even knitted they are a cheap material and then when you asked to return you get this kind of email below - these people know they are taking people on!!

Let me be straight about the return before you go near a post office, because it isn't the freepost label most people picture. The Myron is one of the lines held in our warehouse overseas rather than the UK one. Delivery out to you was free, because we cover that side, but under the policy the return journey sits with you: around £10 to £15 at the counter, paid by you on the day and not reimbursed, and sent against an authorisation number I request for your particular parcel. One that arrives without a number isn't booked in, and if it isn't booked in there's nothing to refund against it. Then two to three weeks in transit, then checking in, then the banks.

On a jumper at this price the postage would take half of it, so here's what I'd put beside it:

— 10% of what you paid, back onto the card you used, or
— store credit worth 50% of what you paid, with no expiry on it

Do not buy. Looks great online and awful when it finally arrives. Very poor quality and cheap looking. Also very poorly made. When you complain they offer you 15% of cost back and you can keep it. You wouldn’t want to. When you go back to them they just say it’s being sent to quality control and they charge you a fortune to return it at the same time as saying they may not also do the refund. It was not worth the long wait.

Definitely never ever use this website. It’s a total scam. Items advertised are not what you receive, there return policy is to send item back to china at your own cost or take 10% back and keep item. They are not London based as advertised and don’t fulfill there policies

I was taken in by the Susan and Kate website, with its story of Australian ladies starting a store in Noosa, and the (supposed) 30 days return & refund policy. Silly me! The garment I received is unwearable. I'm tall, but it reaches my knees, and it's so narrow I can't button it up. The fabric is synthetic and, simply, awful. The return policy - a complete lie. In fact, EVERYTHING this company has advertised is completely untrue. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!

Not even worth one star. Made overseas. False advertising stating from Noosa Heads. Awful fabric. Shirt down to my knees. So disappointing

Tops were not what was advertised and getting a refund at my own expense sending to China is more than the products are worth so I opted gor a generous 15% refund and lucky me get to keep items that are absolutely useless to me

The shirt purchased was NOT as pictured on the site. The sites 100% refund guarantee was not honoured. Garment shop from a Chinese warehouse and are not located in Noosa QLD.
BUYER BEWARE!!!

The company is very dishonest and deceptive.
They make out to be a local business in Noosa Heads, with photos of womens blouses and other womens wear. It looks genuine. They even have a video of 3 women apparently in Noosa saying how wonderful the garments are.
It does not mention drop ship from China. My wife would not have bought 3 items totalling over $200 if she knew it was from China. They say "hassle free refunds" in their ad. It is not hassle free. Have to return to China, and they say a lot of returns go missing. Goods nothing like quality and material in photos. They are NOT Noosa. You are NOT supporting local Noosa business.
