Accueil acceptable et bien organisé. Pour la prise en charge du véhicule le personnel de location ne fait pas le tour du véhicule avec vous (les impacts du véhicule sont notifiés en avance) ne faite pas confiance car d’autres impacts et anomalies sont présent. Réservoir d’essence vide avec le voyant réserve allumé pourtant sur le site de location il est bien stipulé réservoir plein à la prise du véhicule et rendre avec le réservoir plein. C’est une bonne arnaque de restituer le véhicule avec le réservoir vide ce qui est vraiment difficile (l’agence profite de rouler à vos frais d’essence sur votre dos). L’annonce sur le site de location du véhicule (location effectué sur le site de flypgs.com PEGASUS AIRLINES n’est pas respecté).
Paiement de la caution des 300€ très difficile et même impossible pour mon expérience car ma carte bancaire VISA gold n’a pas été débité car soit disant c’est une carte de débit et non carte bancaire. En France nous possédons une seul carte bancaire qui fait débit et bancaire. Appel de ma banque en directe de l’aéroport lors de la prise en charge du véhicule pour la caution et ma banque me confirme qu’il n’y a aucun problème sur ma carte bancaire et qu’il ne voit pas l’essai de la transaction sur le TPE de l’agence de location CIRCULAR CAR HIRE. Solution trouver difficilement de payer en espèces les 300€ de caution pourtant le paiement de la location à bien été réglé sur le site de location.
Le meilleur arrive lors de la restitution du véhicule à 3h40 du matin. Le personnel n’est pas accueillant et ne vous demande même pas si tout c’est bien passé avec le véhicule sans même le bonjour du matin. Breffffff
J’ai fait nettoyer le véhicule (des frais pris à ma charge) la veille pour le rendre dans un état comme on me la confié car j’ai le respect de rendre le matériel que l’on me prête dans l’état que je l’ai réceptionné. Le nettoyage du véhicule n’était pas obligatoire mais c’était pour ma conscience personnelle.
Le tour de la véhicule a été réalisé minutieusement pour contrôler toute anomalies, ce qui n’a pas été à la prise en charge du véhicule. Le meilleur arrive à la fin c’est que la banquette arrière du véhicule possède une tâche dont je n’était au courant et que cela venait de moi. A savoir que j’étais en Turquie pour 4 jours suite à un décès dans la famille et que personne et rien n’était sur la banquette arrière. Je comprend le personnel qui fait sont travail mais je ne suis pas en accord de payer pour une tâche dont je ne suis responsable et surtout qu’à la prise du véhicule nous n’avons pas fait l’état du véhicule ensemble.
Après 1/4 heure de discussion et d’explications nous n’avons pas trouvé d’accord et le personnel me demandant d’écrire sur la feuille de réception « présence d’une tâche sur la banquette arrière » dont je n’étais pas d’accord car je voulais stipuler « présence d’une tâche sur la banquette arrière dont je ne suis responsable » le personnel n’a pas accepté.
Je n’avais plus de temps à consacrer car j’avais un vol à prendre j’ai laisser la voiture et les clés du véhicule.
Le problème est que je suis dans le doute si l’on me va rendre mes 300€ que j’ai laissé en espèces et qu’ils doivent faire la restitution pas virement bancaire.
En gros j’appel cela du vol et de l’escroquerie pur et simple.
Donc je vous conseille d’être vigilant lors d’une location de voiture et surtout d’éviter cette agence de location CIRCULAR CAR HIRE.
J’aurai voulu signaler ce problème également à flypgs.com PEGASUS AIRLINES pour qu’ils puissent ne plus mettre cette compagnie de location de véhicule sur leur site car c’est leur image qui en dépend. PEGASUS AIRLINES ont une part de responsabilité sur la location des véhicules car je pensais vraiment que c’était sécurisé et en honnête vu que c’est une grande compagnie d’avion.
En tout cas cette mauvaise expérience pour ma part sera divulguée le maximum possible.
En espérant que ce commentaire sera pris en compte par les futurs clients et les agences de locations et surtout par PEGASUS AIRLINES sur leur site.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Habe bei Circular mehrmals gemietet und komme immer wieder gerne.
Es gibt eine Handy Nummer wo man die Filiale rund um die Uhr erreichen kann.

The worst experience you may had in turkey, after wasting two hours of my time, they didn’t give me the car just because he needed they car for himself.

It is totally ok to cancel but waiting and making silly excuses is not the right thing to do.

My holiday was ruined and I still haven't got my money back.

1. 4Week and struggling to get a refund for my deposit.
2. Took them one hour to deliver the car to me
3. Not very polite personel

I rent my car from 26/03/2023 to 29/03/2023 -Istanbul Airport IST). I waited over 45 minutes a guy to get a dirty car, empty of fuel. I asked several times for my rental receipt and for my deposit back. I never got an answer. Booking number 749828186.

I ve done a reservation for a car in izmir (24/1-28/1) and i gave a deposit 200€ . They told that they are going to return it to my card within 20 days . Its been over a month now and still nothing!!!!!!
Please return the deposit immediately otherwise i will put a lawyer for this case!!!!

I didnt rent directly with Circular. I did with KLM whom arranged with CarTrawler. Long story short, if you are thinking it twice, please dont. The service is really awful. I see a lot of complaints about deposit reimbursement, I am still within the 14-21, I will update late on this.

Circular contacted me and explained on reimbursement. Hold on my CC was released the day after my return. I am updating my overall review to 3stars because of the follow up. However, they still need to work on their pick up and drop of customer service. These guys are not polite.

First, i rent the car from 29 december 2022 to 5 january 2023 and i was waiting about one hour and half to get the car and then he give me the car with empty fuel it can move only unless 10 kilometre..
Also, he charged more money he said that is the rest of contract payment ( but when i paied in the internet they said that if you pay instantly online you save some money and no more pay when you will get the car ) and sadly i found my self i should pay more for nothing was detailed..
Second, it's been 2 months since I return the car and still I didn't get my deposit and they said that the deposit is done but nothing receive to my account, i told them to send me a proof but they didn't send and they're not responding anymore...

Ich kann mich Ivy nur anschließen. Auto am 5.8.2022 ordnungsgemäß abgegeben. Warten seitdem auf die Rückerstattung der Kaution, die über die Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde. Am Telefon werden wir abgewimmelt, dass es angeblich wegen der "Hochsaison" zu Verzögerungen kommen kann, auf die Mails reagiert keiner. Wir buchen jedes Jahr mindestens zweimal Autos am Adnan Menderes Flughafen. Circular Car? NIE WIEDER!!!

Nous avons loué une voiture en Turquie pendant 5 semaines. Une fois sur place, on nous dit que l’assurance que nous avons achetée via FlexiCar n’est pas valide en Turquie. On nous en vend une autre - très chère. On nous demande également un dépôt de 2000 LT. On nous indique que le dépôt servira à payer les péages d’autoroute et que la balance nous sera remboursée. On devait nous faire suivre une facture max 4-5 jours après la fin de notre location. Voilà un mois que nous avons rendu la voiture et aucune nouvelle de leur part. Nous les relançons sans cesse via Whatsapp et aucun retour. Bref, passez votre tour! C’est une arnaque, ce sont des voleurs!

Zuerst wollte man uns bei Empfang des Autos eine teure Versicherung andrehen, obwohl wir bereits alle Versicherungen bei Anmietung mit abgeschlossen hatten. Angeblich sollten die Versicherungen, dir wir bereits hatten, nichts nutzen. Außerdem laufen wir seit September 2022 unserer Kaution, die von unserer Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde, hinterher. Zuerst hieß es, die Kaution würde nach 21 Arbeitstagen automatisch zurück gebucht werden. Nach mehrmaligen hin und her schreiben warten wir immer noch darauf. Nie wieder. Alles nur Betrüger.

when we arrived, no one there. waited about 30min before some guy that barely spoke english arrived. the car given to us was full of dents and about 20 years old. the engine sounded worn out. there was next to no fuel in there, we weren't sure we'd make it to the nearest petrol station. there was an alarm light on the dashboard. i tried contacting them numerous times, no response.

now, it's more than a month later and i'm still struggling to get my deposit refunded. avoid at all costs. these guys are ripoffs.

was told someone would be waiting for us, and given directions via pdf. directions were very unclear and frustrating, after finally finding the meeting place, there was nobody there. I called the operations number and and asked why they're not here, and to not make excuses, got yelled at that he, the employee on his own initiative, was cancelling my reservation, and hung up on me. called again, told he has no right to cancel a reservation that I already paid for well in advance and to promptly bring the car, same reply and hung up. called front desk and explained the situation, said they would bring the car to us in five minutes. then they called again and made us walk to the car park -- which, upon exit, I had to pay the fees for (they will not do the same on return by the way, they will insist to pick up by the curb).
All the extras (insurance, second driver) add up quickly and you end up paying the same as a more reputable car rental company fee. Everything they do shows you how little they care about the customer. I'll let aside the threats of cancellation for a moment, but they're not willing to pay a 1 euro parking fee at Izmir airport at the cost of making a family of 5 with luggages landing after a 16 hour flight.

Car was very dirty. Not pleasant for family with elderly and kids.

They said they would refund my deposit 2 weeks after return, it has been more than one month and I had to call and message them and it's still not returned.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU THINK YOU WILL BE SAVING. ALSO, YOU WON'T.

Edit: company replied to this asking for case number. As if there is a support system and case number?! Don't make me laugh, don't pretend you care about the customer. I've sent two more messages to their whatsapp line asking about deposit but it wasn't even read.

My current suspicion is: they charge you TL, TL value keeps falling in Turkey. They're converting to USD and delaying as long as they can to pay you back so they can pocket the difference. The people who make it their business model to avoid 1$ parking fee would also absolutely do this. If this was a proper company I shouldn't even have to check whether my deposit has been refunded!

Alles hat super geklappt. Konnten unser Auto sogar eine Stunde früher bekommen als vereinbart. Wir wurden am Flughafen in Antalya abgeholt und zum Büro gefahren. Dort ging alles problemlos und zügig. Das Auto war in einem guten Zustand und lief problemlos. Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder

Für mich einer der Besten und fairsten Anbieter in Istanbul. Kurze Wege, die Lieferung des Wagens dauert im Max. Fall 30 Minuten. Beide Seiten prüfen das Auto, Unterschrift und die Übergabe ist erledigt. Gibt es ein Thema mit dem Auto oder man benötigt sonstige Information Hilfe steht die Crew zur Seite. Das Auto richtet sich immer nach dem was man gebucht hat und wenn es subjektiv mal nicht passt, ansprechen. Der Chef spricht English und kleine Brocken Deutsch. Meine Erfahrungen sind sehr gut und die letzten drei Autos in diesem Jahr waren alle recht neu und gepflegt. Das es nicht immer klappt ein neueres Auto zu bekommen ist klar und normal. Warum schwöre ich auf CCH weil ich Vergleiche zu anderen Anbietern habe. Bei einen Anbieter konnten wir erst gehen nachdem wir noch eine Versicherung gebucht haben und bei einem anderen wollte man uns für einen Kratzer verantwortlich machen, der schon da war. All das erlebe ich bei CCH nicht und bedanke mich auch bei dem Flottenanbieter für seinen super Service

It took three separate calls after we landed for someone to acknowledge and pick us up. Despite being told it would be “meet and greet.” There is no desk or kiosk for pick up or drop off. The transaction takes place in the short term parking lot. I even had to pay the fee for the parking lot upon exit.

The car was advertised as being full of gas at pick up. The car only had a half tank of gas. And they said there was no gas available to fill it up. I had to leave it with the same amount of gas on drop off. Which is inconvenient to try to monitor. The car was still dirty and had trash in it from the previous rental.

At drop off, I had to call from the drop off curb. Had to wait for 20 minutes for them to arrive. The reason for two stars instead of one was that the car was adequate. I would not recommend this company.
