se sont des voleurs ils m'ont jamais remboursé ma caution j'ai appeler plusieurs fois ils me disent d'attendre, Booking par qui je suis passé n'a rien fait, je déconseille cette société pas sérieux et vraiment malhonnête , vous ne serez plus votre caution car ils savent à qui prendre ils vent que les gens vont pas retourner là bas pour réclamer une caution.

Hände weg! Das ist die schlimmste Autovermietung die ich bisher kennengelernt habe. Wir haben im Sommer 2023 ein Auto (Dacia Kleinwagen)für einen Monat gemietet. In Deutschland online gebucht. Extra all inkl. gebucht, damit im Nachgang keine Kosten entstehen. Vor Ort hieß es dann dass das all inkl. nicht in der Türkei gültig ist und wir eine extra Versicherung buchen sollten, falls wir keine Kosten bei Unfall etc. haben möchten. Normalerweise sollte das ganze 1200 € (Online) kosten. Bei Abholung des Autos nochmal eine Versicherung von 250 € extra. Mein Mann hat vergessen die Handbremse zu ziehen und somit ist das Auto gegen ein anderes Auto gerollt. Unfall bei der Polizei gemeldet. Die Anzeige beim abgeben des Auto übergeben. Nach 6 Monaten hat die Firma uns einfach über unsere Kreditkarte wieder 18.000 Lira abgebucht, ca. 500 €. Ohne vorherige Rechnung etc. Es hieß dass die Versicherung den entstandenen Schaden nicht zahlen wollte und es somit bei uns eingefordert wurde. Erklärung das wir doch eine extra Versicherung für solche Fälle gekauft haben, wurden einfach weggeredet "für diesen Fall aber nicht weil....." etc. Wir haben in den sauren Apfel gebissen und es abbuchen lassen. Eine Rechnung haben wir nicht erhalten, obwohl mein Mann mehrere Male angerufen hat und danach gefragt hat.
Weitere 3 Monate sind vergangen und die Firma hat wieder ca. 8000 Lira, ca. 300 €, abgebucht. Erklärung, der Wagen hat ja jetzt eine Wertminderung. Somit sind wir momentan bei 2250 € gelandet. Bei den anderen renomierten Autovermietungen wären wir bei einem Preis (online) bei 1600 € gelandet. Das war uns damals zu viel. Nun haben wir drauf gezahlt! Mal schauen wie es weitergehen wird.

Don’t ever trust or rent from this company! I rented a car from them in June of 2023. Paid for everything and 5 months later on several dates they continued to charge my credit card. I called them the first time they charged my card, the guy (Oguz) said he will let his team know and someone would get back to me. Of course no one did and I got charged a second time! After that, I had to then cancel my card and file a claim. These people steal their past customers credit card information and charge them thinking it would go unnoticed or because we’re oversees we can’t do anything about it.

Die gesamte Buchungssituation, vom Erfassen der Buchung über Check24, mit Übergabe am Flughafen in Antalya und unproblematische Rückgabe am Flughafen Antalya, hat alles hervorragend gepasst.

When we rented the car from "Economy Car rentals" and consequently from Circular Car Hire, we made sure to pay for the full insurance which covers "Collision and damage waiver" and "Third party insurance".

There was a clause "AFTER" the section "Your rental includes" section which was titled: "Important". In the important section, there were two related clauses:
Excess: 1200 EUR for damage and theft
Guarantee/ Deposit / Bond: 300 EUR

Based on common sense, we assumed that this important clause is for those who don't pay full insurance and not us who have paid the full insurance.

We were ok with this contract and assumed that there will not be other hidden clauses. But when we arrived at Istanbul airport, we saw that the guy from "Circular" said for any small damage, a police report is needed but you can pay 300 EUR to waive that. He didn't say why this was not included in the "Online" contract? Why customer should be faced with a different contract at the airport? We assumed that we had paid for every excess cost and this 300 EUR is not justified. So we denied to pay the 300 EUR.

After we had a small damage to a very small part of the lower side of the car, we went to the police to get a report but police didn't accept to give us a report. I understood later that this is quite common in Turkey to not get any police report for minor damages. This means that the "Circular Car Hire" knew that.

Question is: Why the "Circular Car Hire" and "Economy Car Rentals" do not provide a transparent contract online for customers to have time to read and understand? This is a common fraud method to hide some parts of information or provide unclear clauses in the time of contract.

Another fraud is to bring a new part to the contract at the time of pick-up, since customer has no time to read and focus on the new terms brought to him at pick-up. Even the part "Excess: 1200 EUR for damage and theft" is not descriptive enough for the customer to understand what type of contract he is signing.

We follow legal routhes to find the solution for this.

Experience with Circular Car Hire was mixed:
- We shouldn't have been asked for extra 300 € when receiving the car. It was not in the contract.
- When we received the car, it was in good shape and we were happy with that. We recieved even better model compared to the promised one.
- We had a scratch on the car and due to that CCH took 1200 € from my credit card. We first thought this money will not be returend and got angry but EconomyCarRentals gave money back to us. It took long time to receive the money and it is the reason we thought so.
- CCH personnel were overally cooperating when we asked for extra documents about the car hire and scratch.

I cannot say I was quite happy with this experience and suggest that CCH and EconomyCarRentals have a more clear and transparent way of communicating with customers so that customers are more aware and avoid misconceptions.

Just awful. Not at arranged meeting place. When we finally found the guy, we were given a dreadful old beaten up car with 161000km on the clock. We should have refused it there and then but they said take it or leave it and tried to stop me photographing it. It drove like pig. Soggy steering , poor acceleration, nonfunctional windscreen wipers. We just hope we get the deposit back from them now.

Wir haben von Deutschland aus am Flughafen Kayseri bei Circular Car Hire einen Mietwagen gebucht. Vermittelt wurde dies über Economy Car Rentals.
Vereinbart war, dass wir am Flughafen erwartet werden. Zur vereinbarten Zeit war niemand zu sehen und auch über die Telefonnummer war keiner zu erreichen. Erst nach mehrfachen Versuchen ging jemand ran. Dieser Herr meinte, dass er sich dann jetzt mal auf den Weg machen würde und es noch etwas dauern könnte. Nach ca 40 Minuten erschien er dann vor Ort.
Hier wurde dann gesagt, dass der inkludierte Zweitfahrer extra bezahlt werden müsste. Weiterhin wollte er 35€ für das bringen des Fahrzeuges, was durch uns nicht bezahlt wurde. Das Auto selbst war eine Frechheit. Rundherum verbeuelt drinnen komplett verdreckt (sitze mit Schweißrändern Scheiben von innen versifft.
Der Heckscheibenwischer lag im Kofferraum. Die Reifen hatten vor 5000km die Verschleißgrenze erreicht und glichen Slicks. Es schien so, als wenn der Typ, der uns den Wagen gebracht, uns seinen Privatwagen hingestellt hat.
Diese Vermietung kann man nicht wählen. Also Finger weg von Circular Car Hire!!!!

Estafa / Fraude / ladrones.

1° nos intentó estafar 3 veces.
2° fue un machista con mi novia.
3° nos dio un coche con mas de 220000km que frena mal, sin luces de cruce, tenía que conducir con las largas, golpes en todos los lados, asiento quemados de fumar dentro la gente.
4° me intentó cobrar dinero en efectivo que me decia que era para el y también cobrarme un golpe que segun el no estaba y menos mal tengo un video en el que se ve, pero el hombre no lo apuntó y cuando se lo devolví fue directo a el.
5° me coaccióno a firmar el contrato porque me llevo a una gasolinera a 11km del aeropuerto en medio de la nada, en el propio coche ya que no tienen ninguna oficina.
6° me pidió dinero en efectivo para limpiar el coche. ( cual no di nada ).
Me quieria contratar otro seguro, cuando yo contraté ya un todo riesgo y ademas quería saber cuantos km iba hacer, le tuve que decir que eso a el no le interesa ya que tiene km ilimitado.
7° la peor experiencia de mi vida, mi novia llorando de miedo porque el hombre nos queria estafar todo el rato. El llama ismael, esta en el aeropuerto de ankara, nos trato como lo peor.

Y para colmo, no habla ingles o eso dice, porque lo que le interesa la pronunciación es perfecta, tomo todos los datos de mi tarjeta, me cobro alli 10 euros mas de lo acordado y yo mas listo aun, en cuanto me devolvieron la fianza, di de baja esa tarjeta y ahora me escribe por WhatsApp para que le pague el peaje... pues ya puede esperar sentado.

Al llegar al aeropuerto de Kayseri nadie estaba esperando. Tuve que hacer una llamada de watshap para que apareciera alguien a los 10 minutos.

Después, contradiciendo su política de depósito lleno de gasolina, nos entregaron el coche con 1/4 de gasolina. Claro, luego lo devolvimos con 3/4 porque es muy dfícil calcular lo que vas a gastar, pero esa diferencia no te la ingresan. Eso sí, ¡¡si lo devuelves con menos gasolina te cobran 2 euros por litro!!

Y lo que es peor, el coche de alquiler era diésel, y me obligó a repostar el Adblue llevando solamente 8.000km. ¡Inadmisible! Yo tengo un coche diésel y el adblue se rellena cada 30.000 km aproximadamente.

Es decir, que pagué unos 30 euros más en total.

A todo esto, aún no me han devuelto la cantidad que se bloquea en la tarjeta por si hay multas o problemas. Y he leído que mucha gente ha tenido problemas en ese sentido...

We booked to pick up our hire car on 14 June from Dalaman Airport in Turkey. There was no sign of a representative, so we called the company, and they said they were coming. Coming from where?! It took them 1.5 hours to arrive while we stood out in 35 degree heat (celsius) after 24 hours of travel. The lack of communication was appalling. They then tried to charge us more than what voucher said was remaining, it wasn’t until we showed the voucher that they agree to lessen the balance owing. The key was put into the car and the car was started so the broken car key was hidden. They tried to draw the deposit out of our account instead of putting it on hold. We ended up paying the deposit in cash thank god. The key didn’t work to lock and unlock so we had to put it into the door and skmetimes even that wouldn’t work. Due to the damaged key the car would unlock itself the whole time which was a huge danger when leaving things in the car that you didn’t need to take with you. On our return day, we arranged for pick up to be at 1pm in Marmaris. At 1pm we called the company to ensure they were only a few minutes away, however they said that they would be there at 4pm. We expressed how inconvenient this was as we had booked 1 pm for a reason as we had to go out and didn’t want to have to come back to the hotel to return it to them and get our cash deposit back, and then go out again as we were only in Marmaris for the night. They then said yes okay we will get there soon. We reminded them to bring the deposit in cash format, the same way we had provided it to them, as we had read on many reviews that they try to say they will give the deposit back to you by bank transfer, and then never do it. Sure enough, they said they would give us the deposit back via bank transfer, and we insisted it was cash. Hours went by and they ended up not turning up until 4:00pm anyway! (with the cash deposit to give back to us).

I want to express my utmost anger and frustration regarding my experience with Circular Car Hire. I rented a car from them at Antalya Airport, and to my dismay, the car was given to me in a dirty condition. This was not only unpleasant but also made it impossible for me to inspect any damages. The company's employee seemed to deliberately ignore the essence of my complaint and kept repeating the phrase "good car, madam" as if it were a magic spell. Their convenient way of pretending not to understand my concerns infuriated me.

The employee promised to call their boss, which gave me hope for a resolution. I expected them to offer a solution such as replacing the car or documenting the damages after cleaning it. However, none of that happened. When the employee hung up the phone, they simply informed me that my reservation was canceled. I was in shock. After a long flight, standing in the heat with my luggage, and having my mom waiting for me in the adjacent terminal, they nonchalantly canceled my prepaid reservation made months in advance. The employee behaved aggressively and refused to discuss the problem or find a compromise.

Fortunately, a colleague of theirs happened to pass by and intervened in the situation, eventually helping to resolve the issue. They managed to reinstate my reservation and offered to have the car washed. However, towards the end of the ordeal, I was told, "Be grateful that you're a woman, that's the only reason I went the extra mile for you." This was a blatant display of rudeness and toxic masculinity. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

To make matters worse, after returning the car, they didn't refund my deposit and ignored my messages. It was only when I filed a complaint with my bank and demanded a refund through them that my deposit was finally returned to my card. I strongly advise everyone against using this company. It was the most humiliating and appalling car rental experience I have ever had.

Absolute Frechheit was mit uns abgezogen wurde. Wir hatten einen unverschuldeten Unfall. Wurden unnötiger Weise zur Polizei geschickt. Mussten dort einen überteuerten Dolmetscher bezahlen. Anschließend hieß es, dass der Bericht doch nicht reicht. Wir brauchen unbedingt einen Unfallbericht auf dem der andere Fahrer unterschreibt. Nachdem wir den Herren von der Autovermietung damit beglücken konnten hieß es, es ist alles geregelt. 1 Woche nach dem Urlaub wurde uns die Selbstbeteiligung abgebucht, der wir nun hinterherlaufen dürfen.

P.S.: Wir waren satte 10 h (mit Kleinkind) mit dem Unfall beschäftigt, wovon locker 8 h völlig unnötig waren. Dank der Kompetenten Hilfe con Circular Car Hire haben wir damit effektiv einen Urlaubstag verloren.

Hier werden einem Versicherungen angedreht die man nicht braucht. Das Auto ( Mercedes Vito) ist defekt ü ergeben worden. Unfallschäden werden bewusst verschwiegen.Wir haben eine Panne und keine der Angegebenen Tel nummer ist verfügbar. Stundenlanges Warten und keiner Meldet sich. Hier nie wieder buchen. Vorsicht Betrüger.
