Quality is what Cielo gives you.
Cielo sells exactly what they advertise. I am never having a “what I bought vs what I got” moment cause with them what I buy is exactly what I always get. Their service is out of this world, from the minute you place an order you will be updated till the day you receive your package. I wish they had a store in Bloem, really they are simply the best.

The chairs are comfortable and are classy.
The delivery was timeously, and I was well informed via email of delivery dates etc.
The counter chairs were easy to assemble and correctly wrapped in the box. The chairs are well protected for any scratches or damage for transit.

MY absolute GO TO store
Dealing with Cielo has only been a pleasure. From the store service, to online support and customer service they have been phenomenal. I have a few Cielo items in our home, but my last purchase arrived with a chip and they sorted me out immediately. They kept me in the loop everyday. I could not fault them at anything. It is my GO TO store for everything at the moment, simply because of GOOD quality furniture and excellent service.

Excellent product, poor sales team
The end product is excellent, but there was a huge amount of miscommunication from the sales team.
It was made very clear that the sale was conditional on the items being delivered before a certain date. After payment was made, we were informed that the items would not be delivered before that date. Instead of trying to assist with finding a solution, the sales team just played a "blame" game (referring to Ts and Cs despite them confirming via email that delivery will take place before the due date) and were not helpful in resolving the issue at all. The items were delivered late, resulting in our staff being without any canteen furniture when they arrived at our new offices. Despite the experience, we are very happy with the items purchased.

From the first day we visited your shop…
From the first day we visited your shop in George, we received excellent service. The staff was very helpful in choosing the right furniture. Delivery was quick and all furniture were well boxed. No damage done on delivery. They needed to be assembled but this was again easy with instructions and the tools included. All in all an excellent experience.
