Saucepan set forest green…
I purchased a saucepan set and the order was promptly dispatched and correspondence from the company the company about delivery was excellent. Unfortunately, the carrier they used for the delivery delivered the parcel to somewhere else, took a photo of the house and stated that we had received it. I immediately contacted Cielo explaining the problem. They immediately responded and promised to look into it. They were true to their word. The contacted the carrier and the parcel was redelivered a few hours later. I'm very impressed with the quality of the goods and exceptional after sales. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

Great service, fantastic product
I received my 8-piece pots yesterday. They arrived within the specified time. I am thrilled with the colour and quality of the product and that they work on my induction cooker. I have had great service from Cielo Home as they responded quickly to the queries I had.
