Cielo After Sales Excellent Service
We had a few issues with the shade of the pedestals we bought. They must have been manufactured in different batches and the two pedestals varied in colour. Both were wood, however, one had a pink undertone whilst the other had an orange undertone. The after sales service was excellent. Our issues were resolved and we were very happy with their service. It's important to note that due to stock shortages, it did take some time, however, the company was always keeping us updated on the status of our query. The friendly staff at the Linbro Park warehouse in Johannesburg went out of their way to ensure we were happy with our exchange. They didn't just exchange the first sealed pedestal, they literally opened four boxes for us to compare the colour. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.
