Annual Service Visit
The site engineer, Graham, is always very efficient, courteous and helpful. He has consistently serviced our system and having the same person return each year makes everything much easier. The service booking staff were also helpful in trying to accommodate our request for an early appointment.

I phoned for help and my problem was speedily dealt with in my need to transfer my husband's account to myself following his death. After sending the relevant document this was achieved by a friendly member of staff leaving his contact details should I need further help.

Service undertaken quickly with full installation being checked.
I do not like the four hour windows when given appointments. Eg told engineer would come between 9am and 1pm. Always appears at the end of the window having waited 3 hours plus. One hour windows would be preferable.

The lovely chap I spoke to was a pleasure to deal with. He did everything in his power to help me resolve my problem. He was very kind and understood I might worry if it wasn’t resolved ASAP
