I wish I'd looked at reviews before purchasing. Two cardigans haven't been despatched. I've had two notifications that the order has been processed. Nothing after that. Cannot contact them.

No querían devolverme el dinero, me ponían todas las trabas del mundo para que no pudiese devolverlo… Finalmente tras 30 correos electrónicos me devolvieron supuestamente la mitad del importe del pedido sin enviarlo, a pesar de que no quería eso, quería devolverlo y recibir la cantidad total… A día de hoy sigo sin ver mi dinero, han pasado 2 semanas. Es un timo, unos estafadores, además la calidad es malísima. Pagas a precio de oro la peor calidad de China.

No compréis, es una estafa ,compre un bañador que me costó 34,95 y lo que he recibido despues de casi mes y medio y dando la coña a través de email es un pantalón de malisima calidad ,que sirve para limpiar

Chloé Dubois is not an EU brand/shop, but a fully China-operated scam. The products — if they arrive at all — do not match their descriptions, and the company refuses to issue refunds. Returns are only accepted if you SHIP ITEMS BACK to CHINA and at YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

Based on my own experience and after reading numerous complaints online, I am initiating legal action to shut this business down.

Razones para considerar que Chloé Dubois es una ESTAFA, una venta FRAUDULENTA en toda regla:
1- La compra me llegó sin marca y desprovista de etiquetas (talla, tipo de tela y cuidados que requieren las prendas).
2- Las propuestas de reembolso son un insulto a la inteligencia. Entre ellas, el truco de enviar el paquete a China cargando yo con los gastos.
3- Son productos chinos vendidos en la UE a bajo precio.
Les quitan las etiquetas y los venden por 6 o 7 veces su valor.
Es una pena que la experiencia no se pueda calificar con un cero o un menos uno

Horrible! Malissima calidad, de lo Mas barato posible. Compré unas sandalias rebajadas de 60 euros a 35 euros. No tenía ni el valor de 5 euros. NO compréis nada. Viene de China y no es como lo pone en el anuncio!

I ordered a dress which turned out to be of very poor quality, the material was cheap and although I ordered size L, instead of my normal size M , it did not fit my chest. Although it was totally crumpled up in the plastic bag.
I have tried to receive return details but have not received an answer. It looks like I won’t ever get my money back.
This is the worst online shop I have ever dealt with. My advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP. Their so-called company policy is totally misleading.

Ropa de malísima calidad que viene de china y luego ponen problemas para el reembolso. Te empiezan a ofrecer % de reembolso o que mandes la ropa de vuelta (a china sale por una barbaridad). Una trampa. Al final me dieron el 50% de vuelta.

My order never arrived, customer service was not much help, and, as another review also mentioned I had to pay for my own return despite the EU regulations not allowing it.

I do not recommend buying from Chloé-Dubois.

I ordered three shirts (Order #CD21276), and the quality was far below expectations. The fabric felt cheap and the fit was completely off.

When I tried to return the items, I was told I had to ship them back at my own cost to China, despite ordering from a European-facing website. Instead of offering a proper refund, they pushed me to accept either a 30% refund (while keeping the useless products) or store credit, which is completely unacceptable.

This is not how a serious business should operate in 2025 – especially in the EU, where clear consumer protection laws exist. The return process is made deliberately difficult to discourage you from getting your money back.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. I deeply regret my purchase and will never buy from them again.

OBS BLUFF!!! Kläderna är från Kina. Beställde en klänning, de skickade en annan klänning, alltså fel vara. När jag vill returnera säger de att jag ska stå för alla kostnader till Kina trots att de skickat fel vara.

Es un timo, ropa de mala calidad, tallas inadecuadas, pides XL y te la pones y es una M, no contestan emails, NO COMPRAR. Nombre muy rimbombante para una estafa en toda regla.

Die Kleider entsprachen leider überhaupt nicht den Abbildungen, schlechte Qualität und unangenehme Stoffe.
Eine Rücksendung gestaltete sich als fast unmöglich, da die Ware direkt nach China geschickt werden muss (ca. 50.- Portokosten), es wird auch keine Rücksendeticket ausgestellt und es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie die Sendung ohne weitere Angaben bei der angegeben Lageradresse in China richtig zugeordnet werden kann. Bei der Anfrage für die Rücksendung wurde wiederholt versucht, einen Rabatt auszuhandeln (bis zu 50%), damit die Ware nicht zurückgesendet wird.
Nur bestellen, wenn absolut sicher ist, dass die Ware nicht zurückgesendet werden muss!

Ich bestellte ein Hemd, welches für knapp 50 Fr. statt angeblich 71 Fr. angeboten wurde. Die Produktbeschreibung war unpräzise, da von einem „ atmungsaktiven“ Stoff die Rede war. In Tat und Wahrheit handelte es sich um billiges Polyester. Das Hemd kam direkt aus China, billig in Plastik verpackt. Nach meiner Erkenntnis ist dieses Hemd auf anderen Sites wie Temu für 15 Fr. käuflich. Das Hemd war sicherlich grösser als die bestellte Grösse XL, und es fehlten die Knöpfe an den Manschetten. Ich schickte Bilder an den Anbieter. Dieser reagierte prompt und erstattete mir den Kaufpreis innert Tagen zurück. Für die Qualität des Produktes (und den Preis) vergebe ich daher einen Stern, für den Rückerstattung resp. Prozess fünf Sterne.

Bitte nichts bestellen! Reine abzockerei. Kleid in grösse M und S bestellt. S war grösser als M. Wollte somit die kleider zurücksenden, aber ein riesen theater. Rücksendekosten müssen selbst übernommen werden oder sie erstatten 10% vom kaufpreis zurück

Nie im leben etwas bestellen!!!
Sehr schlechte firma. Sie versprechen dir eine rasche versendung, kam aber erst nach 21(!) tage an. War zu klein und überhaupt nicht wie aufm bild! Frage um eine rücksendung, wird schwierig getan obwohl sie versprechen in die rückgabebedingungen dass wenn das artikel nicht der beschreibung entspricht, sie die kosten übernehmen und du deine artikel zurücksenden kannst. Mir würde nur aufgeboten 10(!)% vom bezahlte geld zurück zu geben oder ich muss selber die rucksendung zahlen und dann ist noch der frage ob es überhaupt ‘ankommt’ und ich nach überprüfung mein geld zurück bekomme!
Habe schon 4 mails hin und her geschickt und sie versuchen alles damit du dein geld nie wieder siehst und da stehst mit artikel den du gar nicht nutzen kannst.
