Product not like ordered and paid for. Very poor Chinese quality instead. Completely misled. I am afraid can do northing against it. The only thing I can do is warn you!

I ordered a shirt from Dubois Mode and unfortunately it turned out to be too small once it arrived.

I reached out to their Customer Service team and was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything was handled. They responded quickly, took care of the issue without any hassle, and made the process of correcting the size straightforward and stress-free.

It’s always a good sign when a brand stands behind its product and makes things right without complication.

Overall, a really positive experience with both the product quality and, especially, the level of customer support.

Please do not purchase one of these “weighted” hoodies from this company unfortunately, it feels like a complete scam. The hoodie that arrived was just standard high-street quality and not weighted whatsoever, despite how it’s advertised.

To make matters worse, instead of offering a full refund, they only offer a small partial refund unless you agree to return the item to China at your own expense, which is understandably very costly.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.

I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. Purchased a shirt, quality extremely poor, colour completely misrepresented and all tags cut out (remnant showed where the tags should be). When trying to get a return label, I was asked to send photos of the shirt, the packaging, etc. After I sent those, I was asked to send another photo of the complete shirt so that their "team" could complete their assessment. I refused, recognizing that this second request was simply delaying tactics. I doubt I will ever receive my refund of $70.00, but don't want anyone else to be scammed. Sadly, I made a purchase at House of Ceylan as well, with the same result.

Ordered a dress from this company, believing it was being supplied from the UK however, it was actually coming from the Netherlands, but this was not made clear. Delivery took around 10 days.
When the dress arrived, it was very poor quality and unwearable, and the sizing did not align with UK standards. When I requested a return, I was told I had to send it back to China at my own cost, despite the item being faulty. This cost me £20.70.
My return was then stuck in customs for months, during which time the company repeatedly refused to issue a refund. It was only after involving my bank that I was finally refunded for the dress, but not the return postage.
Overall, a frustrating experience with poor quality items and lack of transparency. I would recommend ordering from Shein instead.

Do not buy!!! This company is a bunch of BS!!! I don’t believe a single 5 star review is from a real person either! I spent $70 on a pair of non slip work shoes, never arrived. What a scam!

This company is actually in China. Worst experience ever! I ordered a classic dress for $100 and received a bad joke; inferior material , Looks like a child made it absolutely nothing like the photo. The image depicted a tailored classy dress well made, and what I got was the absolute opposite. I asked for a refund they told me they could give me 10% $9.95 back!!!! I each time I corresponded with them not agreeing to this. They went up another 10% they were not willing to refund my full purchase price or get the item returned in the end, I settled for half of my money back and then they said yes. This company has no integrity and no quality workmanship. I do not recommend this company. I would never purchase from it again. And I suggest you don’t as well. I would’ve left no stars if I could have.

Really love browsing this site tons of variety for both men and women. The sale prices are a steal. Delivery tracking is a nice touch too.

I surprised my cousin with the sweater dress, and she loved its softness and elegant style. They truly offer thoughtful gifting options with beautiful presentation and charm.

The jumper I received is OK, not great, but no labels indicating material, size, or brand. The website is misleading. The product is not as good as in the pictures. You think you are buying a high-class product, but it is a middle of the road chinese knock-off of a brand product. They tease you with the 50% sale, but you are getting something that is barely worth the sale price.

This company is awful to work with! I did not get what I ordered and they refuse to give me a refund after 6 weeks. All they do is email you!!!!!!!

As everyone said it’s a cheap company in china pretending to be European.

Must be illegal to only return items to china.

Very disappointing.

Purchased a dressing gown from the website that stated it was,

"Luxurious Deep-Pile Fabric: Made from an incredibly soft, dense textile that feels gentle on the skin and provides exceptional heat insulation."

The image on the website looks great.

We received it and were extremely disappointed in the thickness of the material as it is lightweight and we have t-shirts that are made of thicker material. There are also no loops for the belt to go through as is shown on their photo.

We wrote to chloe-dubois expressing our disappointment who offered a refund if we returned it to China (about £20 postage for a £40 item) and not to the Netherlands where the web site company is.

After 5 offers from them ,
1st - 10% Refund and Keep the Product or 50% Store Credit.
2nd -20% Refund or 75% Store Credit
3rd - 30% refund and Keep the Product or 100% store credit.
4th - 40% Refund.
5th - 50% Refund.

Total false advertising and we are out of pocket for a very poor quality item 😡

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA! La merce è arrivata a destinazione dopo quasi un mese e la taglia XL in realtà corrisponde ad una SMALL. Tenete conto che va bene ad una bambina di 7 anni che pesa 45 kg. Ora, oltre a restituire la merce a mie spese, in un magazzino internazionale e con un importo molto più elevato rispetto ad una spedizione nel territorio italiano, sto sollecitando ripetutamente per avere l'indirizzo di destinazione a cui rendere la merce.
Sconsiglio vivamente questa azienda!

10%offered instead of returning items. Items must be returned to company in China at buyers expense and within 30 days. Items look nothing like pictures and are poorly constructed. DO NOT Buy from this company. The reply you offered is empty rhetoric. You have committed a fraud. You aren’t willing to fix anything. Again, Buying public, DO NOT BUY from this company.

Trotz der Rückgabe kostenfrei innnerhalb 30 Tagen wird die Rücksendung verweigert und mit unseriösen Angeboten verzögert. Ich soll kostenpflichtig mit Versicherung und nachverfolgbarer Versendung nach China rücksenden. Ich habe bei Cloe-Dubois bestellt und nicht in China.
Dieses Druckmittel ist nicht akzeptabel und würde die Kosten meiner Bestellung überschreiten.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It presents itself as a Dutch based store with quality items, but the truth is it ships out cheap crap from China and then refuses to be responsible for any costs to return it. Avoid!!!!
