Ordered a winter coat in a size small and received a medium. Have emailed them several times with no response! Do not order anything for this site/company!

Ho ordinato un paio di guanti al 23 Novembre , non mi sono mai arrivati, certamente non lo consiglio questo sito. ho inviato parecchie email x informazioni sul mio ordine . mi rispondevano che l'avevano consegnato ma non ho mai visto nulla nonostante fossi a casa il giorno della prevista consegna. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! The website and its description of the items are completely false and misleading The items I received were not as described, were of cheap quality without even tags to confirm materials and size. One label quite clearly stated MADE IN CHINA. I have started formal reporting proceedings against them for their breaches of consumer law and failure to provide a 100% refund at no extra cost to myself. They also operate under the ELVORIA London company name and website.

Rücksendung nicht möglich. Auf jede Email Anfrage folgt der selbe Standardtext voller Widersprüchlichkeiten. Unseriös.

Avoid this supplier. The Women's Orthopedic Ankle Boots are poorly made, have a strong plastic odor, and provide no real support or comfort. They do not match the advertised description, and the quality is unacceptable for the price. Customer service refuses a full refund including shipping costs and only offers a percentage credit. Learned my lesson. Purchased a dress online and what I received was nothing like the dress pictured and very poor quality. Chloe-Dubois knows exactly what they are doing - advertising high and delivering low with a return policy that most likely covers the entire cost of the cheaply made product.
They will sweetly discuss the situation with you via email, but that is just a veil for the scam like business that lurks underneath. I learned my lesson. I will not be shopping here again.

Compré un perrito mecánico, que en un principio en la página era precioso, un peluche adorable, ahora lo que recibí era horrible, el peluche era un perro de plástico revestido en un trozo de toalla. En definitiva todo parecido era pura coincidencia. Llegó en una caja rota, fuera del plazo que indicaba para la entrega. Mi experiencia ha sido horrible nunca más volveré a comprar nada en su web. Ha sido una estafa. Su política de devolución raya la ilegalidad en España.

If I could, I would give this site a negative star. The store said it was in Netherlands. But want me to ship it back to China! Cheap quality puffer jacket, nothing like the photos. Daughter was very disappointed. Never will purchase from here again. As an experienced customer of the internet, I highly advise not to shop from this fraud company. Stay safe guys

The product they sent does not match the description or picture. Extremely low quality. Not made in Europe. It is made in China and worth 1/5th of what I paid. Do not order from this scam company.

Lo doy una estrella porque no hay opción para menos 🙄 se merece menos ➖ 100 💯 es una verdadera estafa! Se supone que son zapatos ortopédicos y confortables pero nada que que ver, no entiendo como la gente se dedica a estafar en línea? Hice un pedido de un par y son de plástico, deprimente y mal muy mala calidad, si estás pensando comprar, aconsejo no lo hagas, tengo pies delicados, compré un par con todo mi ilusión y la verdad ni las probé, ahí están para tirar porque no valen ni para donarlos.

ordered a thick scarf for the winter. The material is soft and not itchy, which i like. The color is slightly darker than the picture, but it still looks good. decent quality for the price.

I ordered this gorgeous looking coat that advertised ’superior warmth’ for cold times, and style.
I expected a shipments from Netherlands. Instead, 3 or more weeks later, I received a poorly made wrinkled replica made of flimsy thin cheap light-weighted polyester fabric from a local warehouse in Canada. Can’t tell you when I experienced such degree of disappointment. The website features high-end clothing but what you receive is garbage I wouldn’t take for free…
UPDATE:
Contacted their ‘support’ in regard to return and refund. They replied that I am required to ship the coat BACK TO CHINA, which is expensive. They suggested I take 10% compensation (that’s ~$15 of $150) instead, and keep the coat.
I explained that the coat was shipped from the LOCAL warehouse and I could return it there. That their website claims that their business is based in Netherlands, not China (!!!) and that I don’t want the coat even for free because it looks awful and nothing like the photo on the website. 😂
In the end I told them that if they don’t honour their return policy, I will have to contact the company that processed payment for resolution. Still haven’t heard back.
CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

The company eventually offered and processed 100% refund. I am grateful, but it shouldn't be so difficult and stressful.

I ordered from this company interactive robot puppy, realistic dog toy.£29.95 on offer instead of £50 .picture looked really cute.what actually arrived in a badly damaged box was a cheap nasty dog, totally unrealistic, which I don’t think would have been safe to give to a child. I contacted Chloe Dubois & told them package was badly damaged & dog was not as described. They emailed back to say they would offer me 50% off another purchase, or refund me 10%, or I could pay to send dog back to China. After a further email, they offered me 20%. I accepted, but guess what, I’m still waiting weeks later. I strongly advise you do not order from this company.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
I bought a back support with straps. It arrives very late and without straps so I cannot use it. I ask to return for a refund. They will not pay for postage and address to return it in CHINA. The company address is in NETHERLANDS. When purchasing there is no mention of company in China. They will not pay for return and will not refund. They are selling goods not fit for purpose and then refuse to issue refund. FRAUDULENT COMPANY KEEP AWAY.

From late delivery with no update on progress to absolutely shocking quality. The hoodie looks nothing like the picture online and is more than misleading. Also, the name and contact details purposely suggest a European brand whereas the goods are shipped from China. Material different, labels cut out, cheap synthetic material, packaging that looks as already used multiple times. Overall worst experience. Now, despite Dutch contact details request the return shipment to China which is unreasonable and against fair customer practice. The typical scam offers followed with 10% off and keep the product or 50% store credit. Laughable. Fake, unacceptable quality, misleading description, branding and promotion of products, contradictory shipping and returns policy. Please avoid at all cost! Don't waste your time AND money!

The style looks exactly like the photos. I was worried about the sizing, but the medium fits me perfectly. It is a cute outfit for the price. I really like it.
