We used Chelmsford removals to move home. We found them to be very professional, going out of their way to help us and ensuring everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service, very helpful and got everything from a to b without hassle. Wardrobe doors were slightly crooked after reassembly, but would happily recommend to others as, aside from that, the experience was seamless and stress free.

Was hesitant due to how pricy the service is but I soon found out why.

You're paying for top tier. Plain and and simple.

The surveyor Martin who came to the initial house checks and provide boxes explained the process and answered any questions I had.

On move day. The crew showed up on time they were polite professional and worked with great efficiency and care. They protected my house and carefully disassembled the furniture and put it back in the same condition in its final destination.

What I want to say about the team is that these aren't your standard man and a van outfit. They are professional they have a strategy; a way of doing things. They are very organized and have the flexibility to adapt to any of your moves particulars.

The three stars are for the excellent removal team, who on the day worked hard, smart and very courteous. We were not present as disabled. They liaised with our daughter and it went very smoothly thank you to these hard workers.
However, the same cannot be said for the Finishing packer. Rude, scruffy and unhelpful. Packing was poor, I have seen better from Amazon! Pictures placed in a box with no protective packing and next to a boot polish box. Several items have been spoiled and damaged, some of sentimental value. I have been told it is too late to claim as over seven days. But am awaiting a dispute notice. Training is apparently being given regarding this but that does not correct the damage or the upset.

Faultless service from the whole team; estimates, pricing, flexibility, timing and of course the hard work of taking care of our possessions both in storage and delivery. They really could not have been any better. First choice for the next move, for sure. Thank you! ⚒️

We moved from Romford to Chelmsford after being in the same house for 30yrs. We used Chelmsford removals as our daughter had used them previously and said good things about them. We received enough boxes the previous week to start packing. The day of the move came and 4 guys ( Mick Wayne,
Steve and Kev) turned up in a van and a lorry . You could not fault them they never stopped. Beds ,tables were dismantled and put back together at the new house. They were very careful with our belongings and loaded and unloaded expertly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chelmsford Removals.

I wanted a professional removal company and got. It is stressful moving and I want to be sure that everything went smoothly on the day. So whilst this company was not the cheapest, it was clearly not a man and his mate with lorry. Everything went smoothly, the men were very helpful and carried out the job perfectly.

She told me how good they were.
She was not wrong. They were helpful, listened, communicated well with me and each other.
I walked one gentleman around and explained what I wanted and that was it.
They protected the carpets, the front door, my furniture and TV with specialist materials and wrappings.
The crew work really hard and fast.
When we got to the other end, they were just as brilliant.
They made it so simple for me.
After it was all in, they asked me if I needed anything else moved or rearranged. They were really nice guys. 100% happy and impressed.

Exceptional fantastic superb and that’s just for starters, we had the packing service the day before and how they cared for and wrapped every item was outstanding, what they did that day would have taken us weeks.
The move itself was stress free, just what you want, the care in moving out and then moving in was so carefully choreographed that everyone knew what was to be done and by whom.

The office team were responsive, informative and good humoured. Glen, who did the quote and came to pack, was so thorough and careful. Then the removals team led by Terry, with Martin, Paul and Rob was spectacular. They worked like trojans, with a really positive energy, carefully, quickly and efficiently filling an enormous truck with our stuff. They treated every box as if it was their own and had a good laugh with us on the way!

Rob and Paul came back on a second day to empty a store and they were just as impressive - if not more so! They carried large bits of furniture, moved all of our delicate glassware, navigated frustrated neighbours with ease, and still had a smile at the end of the long day.
