Order one bottle that I have been told it would be delivered within 5 days... now it’s 2 weeks... the bottle is still yet to arrive.
I ordered it for a birthday .. now I missed the window to present the gift.

We are very embarassed and understood your frustation. We did everything properly and ship your parcel on time. For a reason we don't know, the bottle is stopped at custom. We immediatly wrote them and are still waiting their answer. We have no phone to contact them, only an email (sent last week).

Notified 4 Sep that purchase had been shipped. Wine was received the following day. Excellent service all round; will definitely use again.
