I will certainly use this company again. The wines arrived in the UK within 4 working days of ordering and arrived on my doorstep next day. This is quicker than some orders I’ve made within the UK. Great choice of wines without having to buy in bulk. Thank you

Poor customers satisfaction in US we say the answer is BS and I say is jock
3 week ago I have order for 828$ Bordeaux wine and was delivered not on time ,due to UPS.
The costumer service was proactive and help to Secure the delivery.
But the 4 bottles of chateau de la rivière 1975 were oxidate .
My emails and massages to have a answer/solution on this Issue as of today was not answered . This demonstrate a poor aftershaves support and a very bad customers satisfactions attitude

Indeed, we have responded as best we could to your queries about the delay in delivery of your order due to the disruption caused by the Covid-19. As you say, we have been proactive and helped to secure the delivery of your order.
The 4 bottles of Château la Riviere 1975 left our warehouse in a state of conservation corresponding to the information provided on their product page. We make it a point of honour to give as much information as possible to our customers so that they can make informed choices when making their purchases.
Unfortunately, despite our extensive expertise in the bottles we sell, we cannot guarantee that the wine will be to your taste. This is one of the hazards of wine tasting, especially with older vintages.
Perhaps you should have asked us for advice before buying them? We could surely have directed you to wines more suited to your tastes.
This would have avoided both your disappointment with the wines you received, and ours after we had done our job to the best of our ability.

Missing Delivery
Hello, I am posting my complaint on here because you have not replied to my mail and nobody is answering the phone. I placed order IN200400076 on 30/04, payment was taken but no delivery has been received. My friend placed the same order (upon my recommendation) and his order also has not been received. Please contact me with information on this delivery. For other potential purchasers beware of this company - see previous review.

The handling was perfect! I ordered a bottle of vintage champagne from 2004 that I couldn't find in the Netherlands (for a normal price). Ordered on Thursdays and delivered on Monday!

Champagne
I bought 24 bottles of champagne with chateau. The shipping went well.
Previous to the order I had contact with the customer service which was nice. I asked if they could ship the champagnes in their unbroken OC's (own cases). That could not be done as it would not be a safe way to transport the champagne when I did not buy more bottles. When you buy champagne (and all other wine) at chateau you see a picture of the product you will recieve. On multiple of the pictures there were giftboxes included. Normally, the giftboxes are just folded and put into the shipment together with the champagnes.
I did not recieve any of the giftboxes all though they were on the pictures of the product I would recieve. As many of you know giftboxes are not entirely worthless.
I asked them why they did not ship the giftboxes and they replied that they had told me they could not ship entire boxes.
A giftbox is not an entire box.
Now they have stopped replying me and that is why I write this rather "Poor" review. That is not a way to handle your business if you want return-customers. I find it strange as I can see that Chateau have many satisfied customeres. Maybe they receive the entire product they have bought? ;-)
