We are sorry for the delay in delivery and sincerely apologize.
The holiday season and the COVID crisis have led to a massive influx of orders on the internet that carriers have not always managed to handle properly, resulting in delivery delays. Nevertheless, the unusual influx of orders seems to be diminishing back to pre-holiday levels and delivery problems are increasingly reduced.

Lorsque vous achetez des bouteilles de vins grand cru classé vous êtes en droit d'éxiger un service de qualité jusqu'au transport final. le vin a été expédié en point relai alors que l'adresse de livraison mentionnait un lieu de domicile. Le résultat: essayez d'aller récupérer un colis à 20h le soir dans un local où les colis sont entassés les uns sur les autres sans aucune gestion du code barre.
c'est tout simplement impossible.... Chateaucom est responsable de toute la chaîne la personne au téléphone n'a pas à se cacher derrière UPS qui au demeurant est zéro en matière de service. oubliez moi !

Tout d'abord, nous tenons à vous assurer que nous comprenons votre désarroi vis à vis de cette livraison inacceptable en point relai (et pouvant potentiellement nuire à la qualité du vin).
Néanmoins, nous ne pouvons aucunement être tenus pour responsable de l'erreur d'un transporteur.
En effet, nous n'envoyons JAMAIS de vins en point relai et, comme vous l'avez mentionné vous-même, votre adresse de livraison complète figurait sur votre colis.
Ce problème de livraison, aussi inacceptable soit-il, est de l'entière responsabilité d'un ou plusieurs employés du transporteur mandaté.
Nous sommes désolés pour le préjudice subit et allons remonter cet incident au transporteur afin d'obtenir des clarifications ainsi qu'un éventuel dédommagement de leur part.
Nous vous souhaitons tout de même de joyeuses fêtes de fin d'année ainsi qu'une bonne dégustation.

Bravo, des flacons rares en vente et livrés très vite
C'est sur ce site que j'ai trouvé la flacon que je cherchais. Le site est clair, on y trouve facilement ce que l'on cherche. J'ai eu un soucis lors du paiement mais suite à un coup de téléphone passé au service client, tout est rentré dans l'ordre. J'ai été livré très rapidement et dans un packaging digne de ce nom (caisson en polystyrène gardant le frais : top)

We are sorry to have disappointed you and sincerely apologize for the excessive delivery time.
In fact, 2 successive problems occurred:
- We proposed an offer at an unbeatable price in partnership with a supplier but we were not clear enough about the shipping time. This will not happen again.
- Your order has been delayed by the carrier which we do not explain. We are currently investigating to find out the reasons for the problem in order to prevent it from happening again.
Thank you for taking the time to evaluate us and for pointing out a weakness on our part. We will put in place measures to ensure that these problems do not happen again. Customer satisfaction will always be our highest priority.
Fair prices, good service
These guys have a good variety of great wines, at fair prices. Service is good, albeit the delivery package was damaged and wet. Wine was packed safely inside, though. I'll be buying from them again in the future.
