I had a lot of difficulty accessing the site and functions with this book compared to the previous books I had made. The assistance through the help function was useful but it took three lots of assistance to complete my book.

Chatbooks products are always such great quality and customer service is always so responsive and helpful!

My kids grandparents and great grandparents love these photo books, they live farther away so it's nice for them to have.

I ordered two books from about 7 years ago that I had misplaced. One of them I didn’t have access to, but I had the original order number and reached out to support, and they put it in my cart for me! Customer support was helpful and friendly. The books were pretty good quality, and I’m so happy to have these pictures and memories back. The only concern I had was that I had no shipping updates, so I was worried if they were going to arrive on time. But upon their delivery dates, they were in my mailbox, so it wasn’t a huge issue.

I had ordered two 6x6 paperback books. 10/10

I was a customer for 12 years and I will say that this used to be a great service, then they changed everything with regards to billing and auto-shipping, and now I am cancelling!
It used to be so simple and easy to use, but they tried to automate way too much, so now I am receiving books I didn't order with pictures they chose for me automatically.
On subscriptions, you now have a timeframe around which you must have your books completed, or they will just do it for you. I contacted support and was told this is just how the service is now, you can't do one-off books any longer or let your credits roll over, and were trying to sell me on the fact that this is somehow better for me! Nope, I want to pick my pictures, pick my ship date, and take my time in doing so. Now there is some super confusing credits model that makes zero sense. It might be great for others, but a fully-automated photo book service is not what I want. You don't get to charge me monthly and not give me control over what I want and when I want it. I thought we had something great going, Chatbooks, but your efforts to better monetize backfired on this long-time customer.

We love Chatbooks! The hardcover books are the perfect way to preserve memories, especially for someone who had a deep love for old school photo albums. Easy to create. I like the option to add captions and locations, and I like the collage feature to group multiple photos on a page. I do wish the photos would be larger when you group 2 or 3 on a page, but overall, I’m a huge fan of Chatbooks!

Great books, easy to make, and makes up for great travel albums. After 16 orders (more on the way!), I can safely day that the Chatbooks team is responsive and extremely helpful if there are any issues!

It was a pleasure to create my specialty books in addition to my monthly minis. However, the phone app did not allow me to edit or move pages around. I was only able to do it on my laptop and it was a pleasure on that platform. I love chatbooks and highly recommend to any family who loves pictures as much as we do.

I was double charged- only asked for my credit card information once, yet somehow received two order numbers. Which I only noticed after my credit card directed to me to what they saw as a double charge. It makes no sense- why would I purchase two sets of 6 months for the same person's gift? Why not just go the cheaper route of one set of twelve months? Waiting on a response from Chatbooks at this point. Very concerned. I obviously don't want to involve the receiver of the gift, my MIL, as that just seems impolite & a bit tacky. Ugggh, I hope they can sort this out@

AS A PHOTOGRAPHER I LOVE CHATBOOKS, THEY ARE GREAT WAY TO KEEP YOUR MEMORIES & ALSO GREAT GIFTS.

Sometimes the site was flightly and difficult to work with. Clearer directions at the beginning would be so helpful. I have done this several times and still have to do a lot of hit or miss with the different processes. Thanks for a lovely product - making it more user friendly will only help.

The book and photo quality is really great.I'm giving it four stars because my photo captions did not print out.
