Customer service is always fantastic here. Even if something doesn't turn out right with the book - they will always make it right! It is evident that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to them.

This app is the best one out there for creating beautiful picture books in a snap. I have a subscription that I love and that allows me to easily create books by the month.

I've also created gift books for others. Easy. Easy. Easy. The only thing I would recommend is that Chatbooks offer more layout options for multiple pics on a page.

I have been using Chatbooks for several years and service has always been great! I live far away, but it only takes a couple of weeks for it to arrive. I am very happy with it :)

I found the response time for help frustrating. Also once I hit order, I realized I missed some photos and wrote them to unlock it. The reply Teo several days (which included a weekend) and unfortunately went to print in the meantime. Frustrating. I suggested that customers be able to unlock it themselves for at least 12-24 hrs after hitting submit to avoid double payment.

I have ordered from Chatbooks before, and was quite pleased with the product and the easy use of the software. However, I just purchased my previous creation again, as I was informed that the Chatbooks billing process was changing and I wanted to repurchase before the transition. Instead of buying a book on demand, Chatbooks is transitioning into a subscription process that charges quarterly, whether you've been building a new book or not. As I am not on the Chatbooks platform often enough to consider a subscription, I used the on-demand billing process while I still can, and will not be "upgrading" to their new billing subscription.

We've loved every photo book we've ordered through Chatbooks - the books look amazing and the customer service is terrific!

Creating and ordering my project was fantastic in every respect, plus this time a surprise discount was automatically applied! I expect the finished product will be as satisfying (perfect, actually!) as the dozens of photo products I've already received over my years as a huge fan of CB since using your wonderful service for the first time (around 2018).

The process is easy and the books arrived in a timely fashion. It’s also helpful to have the option to share the book with others for the purpose of collaboration.

The website was a bit slow and not as easy to navigate as I had hoped. I would have like to have been able to change the font and to write on the pictures

I have printed over 30 chatbooks going back to 2017. I am a huge fan and recommend it to anyone who will listen! I have always bragged especially about Chatbooks’ customer service. However, my most recent attempt resulted in an AI-generated response that didn’t answer my question. Eventually, I got a helpful response from Chelsea. But I was so disappointed to see that something as impersonal as AI is now being used to respond. People who reach out for help want a PERSON to help. Customer service should be the absolute last place that AI is utilized. It strictly benefits the company, not the customer. Anytime over the last 7 years, I would have gladly given 5 stars. But AI is a no-go for me. Please reconsider this company-over-customer change!

Easy, Inexpensive way to capture in a book my cell phone photos.
